I ordered laptop cable and the driver who delivered was so unpleasant and zero customer service. He want us to be 24/7 available to collect the goods.
Once I received the item was not fit in to my laptop so I wanted to return it as the app done accordingly. Then it says cannot accept even its it good condition etc. My question is if the item is not what I expect Daraz wanted us to keep it. The

Dear Valued customers do not use this app or order with Daraz. Scammers, zero customer service, no contact numbers or valied e - mail address. They dont refund the reason says missing ite. I wanted to meet the agent who check to see what was missing when I have proof of original photos of the item. These are the fake excuses for not refund for the goods
They run the business thanks to customers. So let the customers stop purchasing for them to know the value proper customer service.
Late deliveries and zero customer support
Absolutely horrendous delivery service. The parcel is stuck in their sorting facility for over a week now. No way to contact any sort of customer support. Used to be able to connect with an actual human agent not so long ago and then they cancelled that and created a customer care bot instead. Now the bot doesn't seem to work either. Can't seem to get in contact with anyone in the company. Stay away from Daraz as much as possible.

This is offering terrible service. I usually use the pay-in-advance option since I’m not at home most of the time. I ordered a 2L bottle and prepaid, but they delivered a 1L bottle. I’ve been trying to reach out to Daraz, but it's unreachable, and their customer support is terrible. Never pay in advance if you're planning to purchase from this app.

I have ordered photo copy packs it took long time then I try contact them. But all of the numbers, email addresses and Whatsapp is unavailable. Even seller not replying to messages. Finally I went to the collecting center nearby. They checked with their computer and said seller not accept the order. Daraz not told it to me. They asked me to cancel order. I did it. My money has received. Then I tried again the same product with different seller. Finally he also the same man. I faced the problem again. I don't know why they publish the products. Also I don't know why Daraz keep this type of sellers with them.

I have made an order for two sets of the same item on Daraz. But the seller has cancelled my order and refunded me only for one set of my order (50% of my full payment). I had the same bad experience for two times repeatedly. This is absurd.!!! Seller accepts the payment and then after two-three days he cancel the order and refunds only 50% of the payment. This is crazy. Never make any order on Daraz. They are real thieves. There is no one to complain… Online help platform works on virtual message system and doesn’t help at all. The dirtiest online shopping app ever..!!!
If the parcel goes missing Sri Lanka
If the parcel goes missing. You've to call them and locate the parcel and get it delivered. Unless it shows delivered on the website (Ali Express/Daraz) and while not actually delivered. I used google search to find their contact number. No one tends to answer the phone. They occasionally answer the calls. I had one parcel went forever missing. Could get the other parcel delivered because of the new web update the Ali express which shows the contact details of the courier. So i opened a case and while it getting processed i could locate the parcel by digging more info on the internet. If there's no courier information on the Ali Express web it was most likely that i could loose the other parcel as well. Which discourage us to shop from Ali and Daraz. Otherwise i could have been marked as delivered and I won't get to have it for real. Geeks like us could have chance to solve these problems. What about the common people. So can't accept this behaviour.

packages from aliexpress are always delivered by this useless company. my package was delivered to kilinochchi INSTEAD of tangalle, then spent approx. 30 days there, while I was trying to get it. NO telephone call from daraz express, NOTHING. package was then returned to china and I lost usd30..!!! RUBBISH COMPANY..

My experience was disappointing due to several issues: poor product quality, items being unavailable after purchase, and an unhelpful customer service team that didn't meet expectations. Additionally, I advise against saving card details on their site for security reasons. They are online thieves!
Don’t waste your time with daraz
I have ordered spare parts and expected date to deliver was on 6th of November ( which is after one month from the order date). On 18th November daraz app showing rejected at doorstep. I have not received any call or no one came to my doorstep. I went to kaduwela branch and there is no one to help me out. They don’t even provide with me any responsible persons contact details. They saying they don’t have any managers talk. They only have warehouses which they can’t resolve any issues. Im really disappointed with Daraz and never gonna order anything from them. Don’t waste your time with Daraz.

Ordered a laptop on 10 November and did NOT receive a receipt or acknowledgement via email. Order status indicated it was ready for dispatch, but had been cancelled on 14/11 without notice. When I logged in on 16/11, the order status indicated that the refund has been processed on 14/11, but I am yet to receive the refund as on 18/11.

I placed an order in daraz and used the installement payment method to pay for the order and the order got cancelled due to a system default error. But money was deducted from my bank and from the KOKO. And now I cannot reach a customer care service agent. Even though they say we can contact an agent through live chat, it get directed to their ChatBot. Which is no HELP when it comes to these types of situations. And there’s no working phone number of theirs. They dint even deserve to receive one star. My advise is only use the COD method for payments cause then no fraudulent activities will be done by the app.

No progress with refund issue
I have already written a review regarding my issue. October 11th 2 emails received informing that my 2 packages have been delivered. On arriving home it was confirmed that nothing had arrived. Their customer service, if you can talk to someone, is a joke Their contact phone number just automatically shuts off on you. I've now handed over the issue to my bank. AGAIN DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT'S MORE TROUBLE THAN ITS WORTH.

Daraz gives a very poor service when they refund. Not recommended.
I received a wrong item when I ordered this. They sent me a electronical mosquito killer for that. Then I returned the package again.
After that I got an email that my refund is being processed into my account on 4.10.2024.
Still my payment has not refunded. And their hotline is another joke!! Chat bot and live chat is also same.

Daraz agents have not attempted to contact me and deliver. They claim that they have delivered the package. Daraz is an unreliable e commerce platform which should not be allowed to continue. They deceive the client and the priciple supplier. They are not contactible on the phone and their chat bot doesn't serve any purpose.
I hope the relavent regulator takes action against operators of this nature.
