Their “2 minutes free” was so disorganized, no one actually knew what would count as free or not until you were checking out. Waited two minutes to check out. Got a pair of shoes that they specifically said would be free and they were still coming up as $110, so I had to go back, unadd them, and then I miraculously still had time to check out with my other two items for just the cost of shipping. I used Apple Pay, it said oh sorry can’t use that. Tried it 3 times. By the time I put my card info in (for the 9.95 shipping) it said the code expired. What even was this sale because it was just a waste of time and disappointment for me

I really like the designs. Quality is awful
I bought three leggings and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ripped in at least 3 months. 200 Euros gone for nothing.

Quality always top notch, quick deliveries. Had an issue with one pair of compression shorts so they let me keep them and also hooked me up with a free pair. Never had 1 complaint with them and I’ve ordered for years now.

My experience was horrific. Terrible refund and exchange policies. I was given a code for a store credit that does not work and with the wrong amount. Emailed them multiple times. It takes days to get a response back.
This company was founded by scumbags and people with no integrity that do not care about their brand or customer experience.
I am taking them to small claims court tomorrow.

Crap company. Shirts and NOT sized as markers. Way too big in the arms for a workout shirt. Hate them. All still new with tags less that 14 days old and they won’t refund my money. This place is a Joke. More reviews to follow

absolute scumbag company, they are nothing but a scam. This is a shady company, I honestly don't understand how they still operate and haven't been shut down... they scammed me hundreds of dollars and I have NEVER done business with then and don't own ANYTHING of theirs!!! And they do not have ANY customer service AT ALL!!! I've emailed repeatedly for days and got nothing from them.

First time buying from Darc. The designs are so awesome. Sadly, that is all there is to it. I was so excited for the Star Wars restock, paid 200 for 4 shirts which seemed ridiculous but if they were high quality it was worth it. Not the case whatsoever. The designs, like I said, are 10/10. The quality, not even exaggerating, 2/10. The fabric is so thin, and the print on the shirt seems like it was applied with a STICKER and can be PEELED OFF! When I washed it (cold and air dried) the prints started flaking off. So sad.

Over priced for low quality screen/sticker print tees. Their shorts are 70$ but have less quality than any of their competitors. These clothes aren’t built to last… They look awesome but for what you pay you're not getting the quality. See through tees with a polyester feel. POORLY stitched shorts and thin compared to competitors. I’ve been buying their products for 4 years now but it seems since the economy has took a down turn and the tarrifs the quality has dropped even further. So the “into the woods” -2025 drop will be my last purchase. Shorts that are nearly 100$ shouldnt feel this cheap!!!!!!!

Horrid, they use a fraudulent website to “ship” packages, taking $100s of peoples dollars for no delivery. Please be careful

The package never arrived, I asked customer service and they didn’t even know where it was, so I asked for a refund and they took so long to reply. Never buying from them again. There are so many other brands that are much worth it.

I ordered a pair of sweats that was $60!!! I rarely wear them because I’m scared of messing them up. When I initially bought it I wore it twice. Washed it once and it already has holes in it by the buttt pocket. I tried to fix it by sewing it. It’s a pair of loose black sweats. I did legs in them now I have a big ass hole by the crot ch !! If I didn’t wear black shorts underneath I would’ve been cooked.

I have bought from darcsport a lot. It has always been a good experience. Good shipping and good products. Until NOW! I got two tshirts that are SEE THRU!! Not worth it to working out cause they are gonna get bad in no time. I'm scared of washing them. They could fall apart. The fabric is soo thin and cheap. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to pay 40 dollars for a quality of a 3 bucks tshirt.

Do not purchase anything Period. Their return policy is a scam. They only issue a Gift card and the gift cart DOES NOT WORK. It’s completely useless! u rather keep the clothes u wanted to return or just piss away the money u spend. Some of the womens tops fit like the arms are tight for even size S chest feel like it’s XSS. So look somewhere else people.

Terrible quality, awkward unproportional sizing. When you order something for the first time and realize how terrible their products are, you can’t get a refund you can only return for store credit. Awful brand with genius marketing scam

I used to be obsessed with this brand. I discovered them about two years ago. I’m based in the UK so shipping was expensive but at first the quality and the unique designs seemed worth it. A few drops later I found myself ordering again. One of the items in my order were a black pair of shorts. The second time I wore them (about a month after receiving them) every gym gals worst nightmare happened when training (alone) at a busy gym. The butt seam gave in mid squat. Absolutely mortified I went home to change and after my session I got in touch to let them know. Feeling safe in the knowledge this is a body building brand, these items are technical gym wear right? and must be guaranteed for more than a few squats? (Also I’d like to add ((begrudgingly)) I do not have a huge dump trunk butt & the shorts fit adequately.)
Customer service was appalling, I explained I’m a big fan from the UK that purchases multiple items from most of their lines and what had happened. They offered no response to the fan girl offering and said no action would be taken as any faults in the item need to be reported within the first two weeks of receipt. They did not respond to my reply asking if that’s how they value consistent customers. And no offering or apology was made for the expensive shorts that survived one and a half uses and caused embarrassment. I have not shopped with them since and continue to spread the word of what a lousy brand they are.

Honestly quality can be improved. I don’t understand all the hype. Average design, bad quality.

I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I never received my package, and instead of offering a solution, they refused to refund my money or send me my purchase. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

They dont respond to emails. And dont give refunds even though i returned an item. They dont have a customer service phone number either.
