Ordered several items before Christmas and never delivered yet their system says it was. No response from the company and no way to get in touch with them. DM's are ignored. It's been a month and they still have not contacted me

Poor costumer service. Parcel is not being delivered it has been weeks. Company is not able to track package nor pay a refund. Overall they are unhelpful and don’t respond to mails. Would never order here ever again.

Expensive shipping I got my package after around 3 Weeks, 5 Days later I got like 5 holes in one of my Shirts. nice quality. support doesn't care no answer nothing.

Would never support this brand again. Placed an order almost a month ago that has yet to be delivered. I emailed multiple times over a week ago with no response. Customer service sucks and I would not recommend this brand to anyone

Horrible service, sent me the wrong size and colour. I'm still awaiting a reply back from my initial email.

The sizing is way off, shipping takes about 3 weeks, and is way too expensive. Want to get an exchange? Nope. Want to get your money back? Also nope. Free shipping or any discounts after spending 140? Nope. 140 for a pair of sweats and a sweater that don’t fit. I got a size Medium in both, usually wear a large, and they both were way too big. If I’m spending that kind of money, I want there to be reviews on the items but they don’t allow it- you can’t see any types of reviews on their actual site and this is why. The quality, sure, is great, but everything else is crap. The fact that I can’t get my money back and have in store credit is very frustrating. I will use the credit and never buy from them again.

I ordered from Darc Sport for my first time in September of 2023 for the Bane drop. I have lots of friends who wear Darc Sport and I love the exclusivity of their drops and just their designs in general. However I will never be ordering from them again nor recommending Darc Sport to any friends of mine as I never received my package and there is literally 0 customer support to help you with any issues on your order. I sent about 6 emails explaining what had happened and they just sent me an automated email telling me to file a claim with Route who is their shipping insurance company. Contacted Route and they claim that because it’s been 30 days since the last tracking update that they won’t cover to package and to contact Darc Sport about the matter.

I tried to contact Darc Sport again and they just don’t seem to care or value their customers whatsoever. I find the company is very snobby and almost acts too good for their customers because each one of their drops sells out almost instantly so they simply don’t care about you or whether you got your package or not. There goes $200 that I’ll never get back or see again. Guess maybe I’ll try to call my bank and see if I can put it as a fraudulent charge considering they took my money and aren’t bothering to help me receive my package or even a refund for that matter. Unbelievable.

Took 2 weeks to ship my order out. They never sent me an email explaining the delay. I had to be the one to reach out to ask about my order. Once I reached out, they replied, and said that there would be delays, but didn’t apologize for the delay, and I told them that they should reach out to the customer, and they never replied. there are much better brands out there who actually care about the customer this brand seems snobby and definitely won’t be buying or recommending this brand. There are better brands out there with a better reputation for the same price. Ultimately it doesn’t really matter how good the clothes is what matters is the brands reputation and values.

Usually, orders from the US arrive in 10 days; however, I have yet to receive a recent order, and it's been a couple of months. I've emailed them twice but am still awaiting a response. For a brand meant to represent resilience and overcoming adversity, they sure have terrible customer service. I won't be ordering from here again.

Placed my very first order in September and the shorts I purchased ripped after wearing them only 3 times. Emailed them twice already and still have not heard anything back. They’re quality isn’t as great as everyone makes it seem and their customer service is terrible. Don’t bother buying anything from them there are tons of better options.

Great clothes, awful distribution. I've ordered to addresses in Miami and London (UK) over the last year and none of the packagekes were delivered. Shame - competitiors like Alphalete and Inaka have nailed distribution.

I put in an order and there were 2 items missing when it came in. Mind you, their stuff is very prcey to begn with. After numerous emails and ig comments have gone ignored, I'm losing hope that the situation will be mended. It's sad because the clothing is actually nice, but they can't be trusted. They almost act like they're too good for their own customers. They only care about their own little circle. As a customer you're really not valued at all.

Do not order from this company if you aren’t aware that they do no reply to their emails. I’ve commented on their ig post regarding situation with a pair of defective leggings I ordered from them no reply. Emailed this company twice. Never got a reply from them. BEWARE of this company bad service for items that are not cheap!!

I ordered some sweatpants that claimed to be my size. However, they fit super tight. Therfore, i tried getting a hold of Customer service twice in order to exchange them for a bigger size. However, I never received a respond. It's been over a year

Their clothing is a 5 star but their customer service is a 0. Once you placed an order, you are on your own. They dont accept cancellations or changes made to your order. Nor do they accept returns.

I did a order for about one month ago and still didnt recieved my order.
I tried to send an mail, but they dont answer. I tried to text them on instagram and still no respons.

i'v paid for the order and got nothing...
