i love the clothing, but only if you recieve the package ….
I ordered 3 times, but didnt got my last order. There is no way they response to youre email/insta dm’s etc.

I honestly shouldn’t even be giving this company a one star I ordered 3 Shirts for my son totaling almost $200. The first shirt came and the large looked like a xxxl. I tried to respond to them, tried to contact them. You can’t reach anybody. It’s like an AI is responding to you. It’s ridiculous. Then when I finally did refund refund me the whole amount and gave me a store credit and didn’t put it back onto my bank card I am livid. This is horrible. Beware of this terrible company.

Preis und Qualität passen nicht überein. Viel zu teuer für das zb. die Logos schon nach 3x schonwäsche reißen. Schade weil die Produkte so gut aussehen.
An der Qualität muss sich definitiv etwas ändern.

I love the message this company tries to send with it's motto and I very much want to support them however, the quality of their clothing is awful. The price you must pay just to receive cheaply made product is beyond ridiculous to me. I want so badly for quality to improve so I can continue to support this company.

I normally never write reviews but when it comes to my experience with Darc Sport I feel pretty much obliged to. It is that bad. Recently I bought from them for the first time and definitely also the last time. Despite of me providing my correct address accounts they made a mistake with my address. As a result the parcel could not be delivered and was automatically returned. Unfortunately something went wrong during the return process and there had not been any updates for over 1,5 months. I’ve contacted Darc Sport multiple times asking for a refund as the whole situation resulted from a mistake on their behalf and I had payed over 140 euros but I had never received my order. Every time - if they even answered me - I got shallow, unhelpful responses and they refused to take responsibility for what had happened. I got the strong impression they were planning on keeping my money which feels like theft in my opinion. Because I felt so lost and violated I contacted my creditcard company hoping they would be able to get me my money back. Luckily they were able to do so and I’m SO glad this horrible company didn’t get to keep my money after all. If it would’ve been up to them, they would’ve never payed me back, I’m sure of that. If it were possible I’d give a below zero score. Please, if you’re thinking of ordering from them watch out. They clearly don’t have their costumers best interests at heart. I will never ever order from them again. Darc Sport, you should be ashamed of yourself. I hope you’ll do better in the future even though I honestly doubt it.

Absolutely horrible
Material. SHEIN clothing lasts longer than darc sport clothing does. You wash those clothing items however many times eventually they rip to pieces. Like I said SHEIN is cheaper than them and their clothes still last longer than darc sport does. How disappointing, they have such cool designs but horrible prices for the material they use. Will not buy from them again.

My order was shipped to Canada, so it was VERY expensive in CAD $. Before ordering I read reviews about their terrible shipping and bad customer service, but I ordered my bf some shirts for his birthday. Normally I wouldn't buy from Darcsport, but I wanted to make my bf happy.

For only 2 shirts I paid $125 CAD. There's only one option for shipping to Canada which was 8-10 days and it took over a month to actually be delivered.

The quality of the shirts was actually good though. VERY thick and heavyweight cotton.

Purchased multiple items, separate orders from this company. Returned a few, kept some. However, they only do store credits, no refunds, okay fine. The problem is, they did not refund the taxes paid! And is now ignoring emails about the correct amount! You are also only given 3 mos. to use that store credit before it expires.THREE MONTHS!! Are you kidding me?? I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Don't trust this company. They treat their customers poorly and will not make things right. Even after multiple attempts they redirected responsibility and said they take care of customers but when tried to return product that was the wring size, they refused. They refuse to help or get on the phone to address they issues. Horrible company and product should be removed off the market as they are so bad at taking care of customers!!!

I would give it a sub zero score if I could. I have never seen a shittier customer service. I make my purchase yesterday, and made a mistake in the shipping address because I didn't change my paypal default shipping address, so the shipping address was sent to an address where I no longer live at. The minute I realized the problem, I sent their contact two emails about requesting a shipping address change, nobody replied. On their website, they only have the option to cancel the order, and there are no other modification options. At that moment, I had to cancel it so I did. This morning, guess what, I got an email saying that the order was shipped to the address that I no longer live at. They just ignored my request of shipping address change and cancellation at all. I am really mad. Their clothing are no cheap, yet their customer service is.

I would like to give it a zero star. It really took some time to find how to return for this. Pretty much none existent. Their return policy states no cash return only store credit. Also still no idea how I can get a return label. Fitting not good super tight around the neck. If you buy anything it is pretty much the final sale .

Why does everything have to be elite and expensive? It’s not unique, it’s dropped shipped. Customer service employees shouldn’t be working with people. More overpriced activewear.

If I could give them no stars I would. Worst Customer Service I’ve ever seen. Took them over a month for a single reply.

Ordered a body suit. Came out to 98 dollars. Horrible stitching ripped when I first put it on thought I was paying for quality not a little wolf label. Contacted them never got a response

Credit for returns are a ripoff
Won’t except the code charges full price for the additional order
Buy if you dare but don’t return it

I used to buy a lot of stuff from these guys. But I stopped because I sent an email regarding their clothes bleeding so badly and never got a reply back. The worst customer service... I'm never going to buy anything from them again. Just save your money and buy other brands. Plenty out there.

I recieved my order , delivery was slow quality. Product quality is ok but prints are low quality and fitting is poor quality, my L size lose fit shirt is too tight on neck , fits well on torse but neck so tight lol looks not very appealing I will just pull,cut or lose it from neck, hat printing was okey but design was terrible felt like wearing a ship on my head , front of head looked like a front 🚢 of ship

I was excited to buy for the second time from DARC, howsoever, this time a got a email from UPS that i need to pay in order to release and delivery of these items. I reached out to the customer care and they replied that "You pay". i requested that i have already paid the shipping to you when i ordered. They did not responded to 3 email requests and i had to finally pay to UPS . Worst customer service and not told while billing that i will be paying to UPS

I bought leggings. Opened it and the decal is already peeling off. I put them on and it’s almost completely off. That’s ridiculous for $60 leggings.

Ordered items and tried to return for store credit since they DO NOT give cash refunds. Requested multiple times and emailed them directly and got nothing back. They’re a weird gym cult not a legitimate company to purchase from. Do not give them your money.
