As a first-time buyer, I was understandably nervous about starting the property-buying process, especially going into my first mortgage-advisor meeting on my own with very little knowledge. Jake and Richard made the whole experience so much easier and far less intimidating. Jake has been absolutely brilliant from the very beginning, working around my work schedule to arrange a meeting with Richard. He has also been fantastic at finding properties that match what I'm looking for, and thanks to his help I have my very first viewing this weekend. Richard was equally fantastic during our meeting. He took the time to explain how everything works in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped put my mind at ease. I can't thank them enough for making my first experience as a future buyer such a positive one.

Absolutely terrible service. My wife and i were living in a flat for a year so happy to get out. Very sneaky tactics were used by them. The first was trying to say we stole the a sofa. That they'd had put in storage. The second was we complained about noise constantly banging from above screaming arguing. Up drinking at all hours. Again nothing done. Then they accused us of having the locks changed. Also done by them and and when we left they tried saying we left it dirty. All of that I could easily prove wrong. As I have all the evidence I keep emails texts and videos from when I first got there and when we left. Avoid at all costs.

Lily has been exceptionally helpful and always responsive, she's proactive with maintenance and goes above and beyond to keep our home in perfect shape.

Me and my girlfriend are first time renters and was very hesitant at the start however darlows made the experience extremely easy and effortless. Ollie the estate agent has been a huge help getting answers as quick as possible and super polite towards me and my Girlfriend. Really good work ethic!! If anyone else is a first time renter and is worried about the process then I would highly recommend Darlows.

While many agencies said they would call me and then never got back in touch, Krystle Davies, an agent from Darlows, not only showed me a house on the same day but also helped me find exactly the home I wanted, being friendly, patient, helpful, and competent. Absolutely appalling experience with Darlows. Every interaction is a struggle. They consistently pass me from person to person, with no one seeming to know what's going on or who's in charge. The lack of professionalism is staggering. It's been TWO YEARS and my case is still unresolved. Communication is non-existent - no updates, no follow-through. My solicitors won't even deal with them directly. If you value your sanity, stay away from Darlows. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional service.

Spent £2000 on solicitors and surveys, If you're a manager at Darlows HQ, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. I demand answers and resolution. Darlows, you've had your chance to fix this - now it's time to take responsibility.

Kelly Williams is an asset to Darlows after years not getting maintence done Kelly was assigned to me. She has organized a list of jobs and has executing the list. She is professional organized friendly and gets things done. Highly recommend her.

I must say Kelly has been very responsive to all our requests. She also follows up on all issues until they are fully resolved. I give five over five.

I received a call from Kelly Williams today with respect to my complaints regarding the overflow of water in my toilet and kitchen pipes. Her approach and response to our talks were extremely professional and encouraging. Though I informed her eventually that tyre water isdue has been resolved by Welsh water company as thr issue agfted not just my house but other neibouring houses within and around my house location.
