We take great pride in supplying roses of the highest quality. If any roses are damaged on receipt or fail to grow when our planting guidelines are followed, we will replace them free of charge.

I cannot fault David Austin service
I cannot fault David Austin service, I and they were let down by DPD and my rises did not all arrive on the day I requested.
DA customer service were very understanding and resolved the issue as quickly as they could, but being a weekend it was not as quick on the wayward delivery.
However the roses arrived extremely well protected and healthy
