We take great pride in supplying roses of the highest quality. If any roses are damaged on receipt or fail to grow when our planting guidelines are followed, we will replace them free of charge.

Bought a very healthy well growing Claire Austin rose in the summer, it’s grown so much. This time bought another climber and hope it is just as well growing and gorgeous. Love the planting instructions and packaging. Delivery was great.

Service has been second to none. I was accidentally sent the wrong rose and immediately this was put right. I was allowed to keep the wrong rose but was sent another that I had wanted immediately. All persons who handled this from David Austin were extremely helpful and supportive. First rate service.

Ordered a potted rose as a gift only to discover that I had selected the wrong one. Telephoned customer service who were very friendly and helpful and changed my order to the correct one. The rose was delivered on the selected day, very well packed and looked very healthy and good quality. My friends were delighted with their gift and look forward to seeing it bloom next year.
