We take great pride in supplying roses of the highest quality. If any roses are damaged on receipt or fail to grow when our planting guidelines are followed, we will replace them free of charge.

Speedy delivery.
Speedy delivery.. Was disappointed that potted rose arrived clipped to bare stalks as it was a gift and this wasnt made clear. I had ordered a potted rose two days prior from a different supplier and it arrived in full bloom so I anticipated the same. This needs to be made clear.

“Your rose will arrive without leaves as it enters its natural winter dormancy. It will begin growing again in spring.”

Another lovely rose from David Austin
I received a very tall box with handles incorporated on the side of the box. I manouvered in into my kitchen (I live in a very small flat.
I love getting anything from David Austin as I know they take care of their roses. This rose is a present for friends celebrating their Golden wedding Anniversary today. The husband of my friends collected it the day after. They were delighted with their gift.

Ordered 2roses for presents always had good service but this time the delivery was not so good said it was coming on the Friday gave me a time then when that time was up give me another time and when that time was up said they couldn’t make that day would come the next day after staying in all day

My Albertine Rose arrived promptly and…
My Albertine Rose arrived promptly and safely.
It is a beautiful specimen and hopefully will do as well as my 10 year old Malvern Hills which I purchased from David Austin years back. This rose now covers a large area of a wall, superb.

A really healthy rose bush
The rose looked really healthy and was packed in a very large box, that definitely protected my plant. Great help with advice on its care.
The box was a bit battered on this occasion, however the plant was unscathed. I have
never had a disappointment with any purchase I have made.
