Recently had a delivery from DB freelance ltd, i was constantly updated on my order and i got a phone call 10mins before the delivery was due from a really friendly driver who help me put the item into my garage as it was heavy

This morning i had a delivery of fence panels. The delivery driver was very helpful and very polite, even though it was -4 degrees, dark and I kept him waiting at the front door. The whole experience of ordering and dealing with db freelance was easy and a pleasure. Would definitely recommend them and deal again in the future. Thanks guys.

Superb I was originally expecting my parcel on the Morning of the Monday. I was surprised to have it delivered on the Saturday but this was excellent for me. I had no issue with it been delivered early and it worked well with another parcel been delivered to the neighbouring area. The driver was friendly and delivered with care. Top marks.

I emailed the company with a request to make sure that the delivery was not left on top of the freshly cemented slabs beside my garage, which was allegedly passed to the driver.
When the delivery arrived the items were put on top of the cemented slabs, against my request.
After I explained the situation to the delivery driver he was rude and unapologetic about it.
The driver clearly implied that it was my fault that he didn't follow my instructions because I had not answered the door when he called (it was around 7:45am on a Saturday), at no point apologising for his mistake and leaving me to move the items on my own.
Complaining to the office has not proved useful thus far. They won't explain who is responsible for the mistake and they've tried to put the error down to a "miscommunication" by me, not them.
They have also called my insistence on getting them to acknowledge their failure as "an unnecessary argument" and have started to ignore my emails after I asked to know the name of who I was dealing with.

My experience with this company has been nothing but unpleasant. They run a poor service with rude, unprofessional staff. Avoid if you can!

EDIT: The reply from DB Freelance Ltd is emblematic of the issues found in dealing with this business. Zero acknowledgement or accountability for any error from them and seeking to wipe their hands of the situation by saying that I (the paying customer) am the issue.
They call my actions unacceptable, which I find more than a bit rich since I have never received worse customer service from any other business! Simply astonishing!

Big thanks to Amadou who was perfect when delivering our shed on Friday. Hoping he got back to Birmingham safely, and in a timely manner.

Great service. DB FREELANCE delivered my shed to my back gate. David was very pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing when unloading the shed, he even gave advice on building it and said that if I was struggling, to give him a call and he would talk me through the steps. Brilliant.

I purchased a garden table and chairs and was rather nervous of ordering from an online company.
There was no need to worry the service I received was excellent, one of the best. The company kept in contact so I knew everything had been processed, when delivery was scheduled and what time it would be delivered. The delivery was quick and efficient. If only others companies would follow this companies procedures. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I had my lovely new garden delivered last Friday. Samba the delivery guy was on time, even though he travelled miles. He was cheerful and helpful.
The staff at Rawlinsons were extremely polite and helpful to.

DB Freelance were fantastic. They delivered a shed on 26th and despite the poor way it had been packaged by the company Rowlinsons, Mohammed managed to unload it bit by bit as it had arrived in 1000's of bits. He was fantastic, friendly and we were more than happy with his service. In the process though due to lack of space and him not been aware that I used a ramp to get wheelchair out the property it was put at the bottom of steps leading up to my back door. This wouldn't have been an issue had it been complete as we had someone who could build it that day. Again not his fault but the companies who then insisted on the slowest possible route of communication to try to get DBFreelance to re-collect it again or even slower method of ordering the parts to build it. Rowlinsons said they could only send emails and weren't willing to call DB Freelance or get the parts out quicker so my husband made that call to ask DBFreelance if they could collect, explaining that I was ill had already needed medical treatment in last few days and couldn't get out the property as I was unable to put my wheelchair ramp down because of where it had been left. DBFreelance pulled out all stops and attended that afternoon to collect despite us being told by Rowlinson this wouldn't be a possibility even if we did phone. I'd definitely recommend these as a courier. It's just a shame they have to deliver for companies such as Rowlinson who clearly don't care if a wheelchair bound person can exit their property, get to hospital etc.

Thanks to Mohammed who delivered and the other gentleman who collected both were fantastic. But also great thanks to the gentleman who organised the collection for us. We had lost all hope and had thought it may have to be forcefully moved by fire brigade if I had another seizure.

I'm very happy with the quality of my wooden archway. It was delivered promptly and carefully to my safe place. Communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

An excellent company. We were regularly updated about the progress of our order. The goods arrived on time in excellent condition. We were able to view clear photographs of the delivery almost immediately after it had taken place. The driver was cheerful and helpful.

I found this company to be one of the best . I was kept well informed of my delivery. Found them to be extremely helpfull . Was told it was kerb side delivery only . But the driver very kindly put it where I asked with no fuss . Would definitely recommend using them 👍
