The tiles themselves are great — I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the product. If you're not on a tight schedule and want a quality product, go for it.

However, if you're working to a deadline and are relying on their stated delivery dates, I would not recommend ordering.

This was my second order with them, and unfortunately the experience was poor again. My order was delayed by 7 days, with no communication from them to let me know. I was then left having to chase the order and forward emails when people were away, which really shouldn't be the customer's responsibility.

I'm in the middle of a project, so the lack of communication and the delay caused unnecessary hassle.

Very poor service, unfortunately — great product, but the delivery and communication need a lot of improvement.

Months Later and the Work Is STILL Not Finished

Our experience with DCT UK has been absolutely unacceptable.

We employed DCT UK to supply and fit flooring for our new business. From the outset, we experienced delays, poor communication, damaged deliveries, missed fitting appointments and constant promises that issues would be resolved.

The problems contributed to delaying the opening of our new business by nearly two weeks, causing us significant disruption and additional costs at a time when every day was critical.

However, what makes this even more unacceptable is that **to date, the work STILL HAS NOT BEEN FINISHED.**

We have repeatedly been promised that a fitter would be sent out to complete the outstanding work and correct the shoddy workmanship already carried out. Despite these repeated assurances, we are still waiting.

This is no longer simply about an initial delay. We have given DCT UK ample opportunity to put things right, yet we are left with unfinished flooring and work that requires correction.

We eventually had to arrange an alternative fitter ourselves simply to get enough of the work completed to allow us to move forward with opening our business, but DCT UK's outstanding work and defects remain unresolved.

We understand that problems can happen on any project. What we cannot accept is a company repeatedly promising that somebody will attend to rectify and complete work and then failing to follow through.

For a professional flooring company to leave a paying customer's commercial premises with unfinished and, in our opinion, poorly executed work for this length of time is simply unacceptable.

We have been patient, we have repeatedly chased, and we have repeatedly given DCT UK opportunities to resolve this.

**As of today, the job remains unfinished.**

Based entirely on our experience, we cannot recommend DCT UK. We will update this review if and when DCT UK finally completes the work and rectifies the outstanding issues.

Our first time dealing with DCTUK and it could not have gone better. Chole Taylor was absolutely excellent, we received samples, made our decision and placed an order. Chole checked stock availability, confirmed that it could be turned around in the time needed. Professional, curtious and friendly service through-out.

The flooring was high quailty, exactly as expected and delivered well packaged and safely.

Would recommend to anyone.

One point of constructive feedback; The automated email system was a little random- We received emails after our delivery stating item was on its way and giving the same tracking info etc.

From the initial enquiry via samples thru the post to survey, agreed price (which was lower than we expected) delivery date and time and then on to a real quality installation, we were delighted.

DCTUK were great in helping me find the right vinyl, and a big shout out to Chloe Taylor who took the time to ring and email me to make sure I had the samples and give me options when I couldn’t find the one I wanted. A good example of how companies should be run ;-)

I was sent full size samples, this enabled for the first time to actually see what it would look like against the furniture instead of a 4" square no good to anyone. Great value and a great service makes this a first stop for the future.

The most incredible team and customer service. Personable and helpful with sending me sample and guiding me through the process. Promt response and 10/10 for continuity with customer service.

The product is high quality and I am so happy that I chose this company

I placed an online order with DCTUK but did not register the leadtime for delivery.
I called them within minutes of receiving order confirmation to be told my order was being packed ready for despatch that afternoon.
Correspondance email then arrived from the courier giving me next day ETA.
If your business relies on happy customers, as mine does, I would highly recomend DCTUK as a reliable & efficient partner.

I have had a good buying experience with DCTUK. Problem I had with my order was sorted out fast and to my satisfaction. The product is good quality and affordable price.Samples came next day and order arrived promptly.

I stumbled a cross this company while searching online for Tarkett Elegance Rigid 55 - Medina Grey. I didn’t find the flooring I was searching for but did find a Tarkett tile that was heavily discounted. I ordered a sample and received a telephone call not long after to confirm the sample order had been received etc. The website states that the price will be held to the price when the sample was ordered. The day after ordering the sample the price increased significantly. Once I had received the sample I emailed the sales associates who had telephoned (and emailed) about the sample to ask how to order at the discounted price - no response. I sent a contact on the website - no response. I sent a live chat message - no response.
I suspect the discounted price had been an error, mistakes happen I appreciate that. However, rather than interact with me to apologise for the pricing error and try to find a solution, I was just ignored! I have ordered flooring elsewhere, I cannot recommend DCTUK.

I wanted cut-pile carpet tiles for my home and found DCTUK online. Their "Nouveau Home Comforts" looked ideal and the price was good. Ordered on a Friday afternoon and DPD delivered them the next morning - I really wasn't expecting that fast a delivery.

The tiles themselves are terrific - perfectly cut with no ragged or unsquare edges and they look great - almost unrecognisable as tiles rather than roll. They're very nice to walk on - nothing like the "office" type of carpet tiles. I previously had cheap but functional carpet tiles down and these are a huge upgrade on those. They're not "cheap as chips" but they are good value and I couldn't find this quality for less anywhere.

I've had no issues with "spam". They've sent a a few promo emails but it works out about one every three days, in the run up to Black Friday when every retailer is chasing sales so that's hardly excessive. (There's an "unsubscribe" link on their emails if needed).

My needs for flooring are very limited but I would certainly look to use them again if the need arises.

I have been dealing with DCTUK, specifically Lewis, for over a year due to various delays to the project I was sourcing for. I cannot fault the customer service I have received, communication was always quick whenever I had any queries and he proactively checked in with me every couple of weeks for any updates. A big thank you for such a great experience for a complex project - 10/10 would recommend!
