I ordered carpet tile samples, but they must have got lost. I contacted DCTUK and Kerry kindly resent them. I received them the next day and put my order in. I received the fab tiles within 2 days of ordering. Great service and carpet tiles. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant, always use the team at DCTUK for our carpet tiles. Great products. Ordered 11am Monday delivered 10am the next day. Spot on!!

Enquired about specific flooring which sadly had been discontinued. However sales team were excellent they looked for flooring that could be a match, sent out samples. They arrived very promptly too.
They were so helpful and there was no pressure. I really appreciated that.

Requested samples 3 times. Three times promised, but NEVER sent.

Hi ordered two samples which came within 2-3 days. I had a follow up email and stated they would honour sale price. Unfortunately they did not suit my decor. Personal follow up a rare experience niw without being pushy

i ordered a free sample from off the web page. i then got a call to confirm followed by a confirmation email. everything they said they would. great service and customer care. its a shame we did not win the job as would have placed the order with you guys.

I asked for some samples and received them by return. Very impressed by the samples and the service.

Daniel at DCTUK was fabulous on both occasions, helping me find the tiles initially and then find me an additional two boxes when I didn't order enough. I cannot recommend DCTUK enough. Thank you. Will definitely be using again.

PERFECT! From ordering to delivery! Could not have been better

I wished to buy tiles an adhesive but wasn't sure which was the correct adhesive.
I had selected a £50 adhesive but telephoned to confirm my choise and was recommended a £95 one.
We duly took delivery and subsequently started laying the tiles.
The adhesive didn't dry so I telephoned and was told that the adhesive was correct but my floor was wrong. It's the only floor that I have so how can it be "wrong" ?
Seemingly, this adhesive doesn't work on painted wood which is what I have. If the surface is relevant, why wasn't this a question when I asked for a recommendation? When I pursued this line of enquiry I was asked if I had proof of the advice.
Thanks to their help I have £95 worth of adhesive that I can't use and time wasted laying 40 tiles and then lifting them and cleaning off the adhesive.

I had struggled to find a reputable retailer to provide LVT tiles in the style, colour and pattern I wanted… I had been let down a few times and time was of the essence.

I stumbled across DCTUK through Google, made an enquiry online and was telephoned by a chap called Lewis at 9am the next day.

Within moments he secured the quantity of tiles I needed (and most importantly loved!)

His communication was excellent. He reserved the stock for a couple of days whilst I was sorting out the finances and also was able to secure the tiles at a better price than advertised.

From the start of the transaction to the (very quick) delivery, he was checking in every step of the way and made me feel like a truly valued customer.

Bought two packs of karndean flooring online from DCTUK, good communication and arrived on time which I was very happy with. I then realised I had miscalculated the amount needed, my mistake so went online and ordered the additional pack, however the following day I received an email informing me that it was now out of stock and it would be at least a month before they could get it from the manufacturer. Fair enough so I requested that the order be cancelled and a refund given. After doing this I received an email back stating that I wouldn’t get it anywhere else as it comes straight from the manufacturer, bold statement I thought so looked else where and after 20mins I’d found a company that had 44 packs in stock, so once again requested the refund.
It’s been over two weeks and NO REFUND, have sent two emails chasing which have been ignored, I’d at the very least expect an email saying it had been processed and how long it will take to be in my account none of which has happened. I’ve now finished my kitchen flooring and am now doing another room needless to say I won’t be using DCTUK!
