oGame players are currently suffering a disastrous and horrifying merger that is being perpetrated in part by Game Admins and COMAs who do not fulfill their obligation to represent the majority of the feedback by the players to Game Forge. They lie to the players and tell them that they have looked at their feedback but then they implement things and make decisions completely contrary to what the players asked for. oGame.org has overwhelming support to preserve the legacy setting (1x FLT/1x ECO/1x RES) with the Dorado.org uni but they ignored it. They also ignored preserving Quantum which has significant historical legacy in .org stemming from program and uni 35. Instead, they are only keeping uni 1 but it's settings have long been upgraded to 1x FLT/8x EC0/16 RES for its historical significance and making three new speed unis. And they are taking unis like Dionne.org that is barely a year old and throwing them to the wolves in much older unis with accounts that have been developed over many, many years and have billions of points compared to them. Unis with lower ECO that have taken years to develop getting merged into higher settings with much more powerful accounts that grew rapidly in weeks in a speed that isn't conducive to balancing their playstyle and lifestyle. But, they don't care. Ogame.US is in even worse dire straits, they have forced 1x fleet unis into speed fleet unis, then have no 1x fleet speed options, again, not caring about a players ability to balance playstyle and lifestyle for what they originally signed up for.

In addition to this, because they are streamlining the number of unis they have they are forcing player to choose which accounts they can keep if they have accounts in unis that are being shutdown to consolidate into fewer unis. They are told to v mode them, put DM on them, take them to the graveyard, and/or give them away. Some of these players put considerable amounts of DM on these accounts and it cannot be refunded or transferred to other accounts, it is no unusable to them or lost. And for those of us that want to continue playing in certain settings that only remain in other communities and servers we are told we will have to go to the graveyard to do it and if we violate the top 20 merge rule then we should scrap fleet or delete developed planets. This brings up a great point about the state of the game. Why, should I have to dismantle things to get into a uni where I wouldn't even land in the top 20? But an account with billions of points that can go to any uni they want under certain circumstances due to the top 20 graveyard rules doesn't have that kind of restriction? Why do they get so many more benefits than others with much less points, afforded to them...the graveyard rules need to be amended to make it fair for everyone, not just the whales. And this is the perfect opportunity for them to address it but they won't because ultimately, it'll mean more DM sales, and more metal packet abuse.

And that is yet another example of Game Forge not caring about the game and supporting players that take advantage of the "system". There is a systematic abuse by players that spam their metal mines on slot 8 planets to maximize output in high ECO unis who then sell metal resource packages outside of the game via paypal, cashapp, and/or vmo to lower ranked players and pull them with hundreds of billions of resources and then use part of that income to keep upgrading their mines to continue to take advantage of what the high ECO does for metal resource packs and merching metal into other resources.

Game Forges relies on a funnel and dam system of communication that prohibits communication with Game Forge even if the complaints are about the person who controls that dam and they have no accountability because they control what flows past that dam to Game Forge. You can email the variety of emails you can find for Game Forge, Linkedin, complain on FB, Twitter, etc. but you will keep getting told to open a ticket which eventually will be met with a decision that it will not be escalated and no more replies and completely blocked by the COMA from reporting to their manager, thus blocking any and all attempts you have at trying to reach Game Forge and make them aware of what is happening. The "staff" will then threaten you for sharing their messages or ticket responses hiding being a poorly worded and subjective T&C as their "shield" from accountability.

Sono stato bannato da OGame.it senza ragione, lo staff di supporto non risponde dei suoi errori e non é tenuto a fornire alcuna prova, in sostanza possono bannare a caso senza alcun motivo.
Ho scritto anche alla casa madre perché indagasse sul caso e mi fornisse spiegazioni, ma non hanno fatto nulla.
Ho saputo di altri che hanno avuto la stessa sorte, chi ci ha speso dei soldi non avrá alcun rimborso, secondo me ci sono i presupposti per definirla truffa, un reato penale.

the support is literally lying, i am not saying they might be lying, they are 100% lying.
i was charged with a 50$ payment but the product have never arrived.
i have contacted support and it took them 4 days to get the initial response which was asking for my credentials.
once i provided them with my credentials i was told that i was refunded and obviously believed it.
a few weeks later i asked my bank if i was refunded and i was promptly answered that no i was not refunded gameforge simply lied to me.
i got back to support which kept claiming i was refunded and ignored me once provided with my bank's statement.

Not responding to any mails. Once a game is not “successful” they stop immediately putting any resources into it

Diffidate ad usare qualsiasi qualsiasi server della gameforge perchè è tutto basato sull'imbroglio per sottrare soldi agli utenti. Prima di scrivere qui ho mandato diverse mail alla sede centrale e mi hanno risposto che a loro non interessano le lamentele dei player. Pertanto è ovvio che sono dei truffatori. Inoltre avvierò tutte le procedure a livello italiano e anche europeo per mettere fine a queste truffe.

Bin gehackt worden und hab ein Ticket geschrieben, dass mir die Gameforge Crew doch bitte helfen soll.
Nach ausfüllen einer Liste zur Beschreibung des Problems und 2 Wochen warten dazu oftem schreiben wann denn endlich was passiert, hab ich als einzige sinnvolle Aussage bekommen, dass ich meine Accounts Daten ändern soll.
Hauptsache alle meine Accounts die über diese E-mail laufen sind seit dem Hackerangriff „Sicherheitsbanned" aber gemacht wird trotzdem nichts

One of the worst companies of ever. Almost never ban cheaters, banned players for respecting rules in the past (because they don't know how to compensate/make offline events), the support is in the hands of volunteers able to do whatever they want to. No one from the company deal with tickets, and it's up to volunteers to choose if they want to sanction someone or help someone, eventually few technical tickes go to tech team if the volunteers choose to sent them to the tech team.

One corrupt company. They sent an unsolicited text to my elderly father and charged him a £3 subscription. I have LPA. I have spent hours trying to sort it out but they make it impossible to sort out. Customer services assured me that it was not a subscription and that they would refund the money. However, they then sent me an email telling me how to use 'my' subscription and completely disregarding our conversation. Now a third party has said that it not possible to refund the money but asked for my father's bank details. I cannot trust this company.

Gameforge effectively kills anything that gets in it's hands, no matter what it is. The multiple reviews are just staples of testaments to Gameforge's history. A look into their history and news articles can also easily corroborate any negative review listed here, including multiple usages of "GameForge is at it again..."
Once a game becomes useless for their pocket, they drop support, but start pushing sales upon sales to suck up every last drop of blood from the game. (Most recently, their flagship title that kept a lot of money rolling in, TERA.) They don't hesitate to push promotional sales 2 months before closure, then refuse refunds or chargebacks because they know they got their suckers in the net and there's no escaping it.

I sincerely hope Gameforge eventually crashes and burns belly-up. It's the least that could happen to this company that doesn't care about their communities. "Your [enter game title here] Team"
No, "our greedy team" should be their signatures on posts. Don't false advertise. You're never for your customers, because the bottom dollar is all that ever matters. Corporate greed is awful.

L'amateurisme de GameForge ne s'est jamais démenti. Jeux full bugs, idées de fusion de serveurs foireuses sans rien anticiper des possibles couacs, gestion du service clients laissée à des membres du staff bénévoles qui ne sont par définition pas des pros et donc qui ne sont pas à même de gérer certains problèmes. Je passe sur les bannissements abusifs, les petits arrangements entre amis et surtout les analphabètes recrutés (comme sur Ikariam où le GA Cronos Shik sait à peine aligner 2 mots sans faire 5 fautes.). Étonnant que cette boite soit encore debout, surtout avec des concepts d'un autre âge comme Battleknight, Ogame ou Bitefight.

Split the community, banning the loudest (e.g. on reddit) accounts in the game, hardcore monetization and milking the most devoted fans to the limit, hated by 95% of players.
