dealdirectblinds.co.uk Reviews

From the first phone call to book a quotation, to Peter coming out to measure up (and have some breakfast!), to Scott and Jason coming out yesterday to fit the blinds, the experience has been nothing but exceptional! What a great team you have Ed! Now considering where I can have further blinds put up! Will be recommending you to everyone! First Class!

This was my 2nd time using deal direct blinds and I would use them again aswell. A reliable & trustworthy company putting the customer first. The staff are friendly and professional (Peter & Paul) and helped give me some good advice on the type of blind suited to our needs. There was an issue with our blinds when they came to be fitted but Paul sorted the issue out promptly and we had brand new ones re-made & fitted in less than a week! great service & would highly recommend.

Really happy with my new blinds, excellent quality and fitted perfectly. Paul was professional, friendly and left everything clean and today. Highly recommend.

Visited the showroom today and soon as I arrived the receptionist was so friendly and professional and dealt with my problem fast and very efficiently, and the engineer called Jordon fixed it and he explained what he’s done, nothing seemed a problem and I can’t speak highly enough of him. An assist to the company. Recommend them highly.

Easy service and lovely lads. I had Scott Jason and Peter. Could recommend them enough.

Great service, friendly and efficient team. Thanks Scott, Jason, Rob and Paul.

Scott and Rob have done a great job fitting both my black blinds thank you both will recommend you my friends and family jacqui whitelaw

Just had a full House of blinds fitted off this company. Really impressed with the quality of the blinds but in my opinion what sets this company is their amazing staff/ fitters. No trailing up and down stairs in dirty work boots, they even brought their own slippers. Highly recommend this company 10/10

Deal Direct have recently installed perfect fit blinds throughout my apartment on two different occasions. Peter measured and they were fitted by Paul, Stephen, Scott. Very good service and good quality blinds. On the second set I had installed one of the blinds had been made the wrong size, this was rectified within the hour. I would definitely recommend them and will use again. Nice people to deal with.

Good quality, good and fast service.

From Andrea in the showroom to Peter coming to measure up with his wealth of knowledge to Scott installing the blinds quickly, neatly and without any mess the experience was excellent.

Really smooth experience from start to finish with Deal Direct.

I reached out to order a new Roman blind online and shortly after someone got in touch to arrange a home measure, which was quick and easy to book in.

Rob came out to do the measuring and was brilliant, really friendly and took the time to show a good range of samples so I could see what would work best. He also left me with clear info about the blind I’d chosen, which helped me feel confident in the decision.

Scott fitted the blinds for us and was just as good. He called ahead before arriving, turned up on time, was really tidy while working and explained everything clearly once the blinds were fitted. The installation itself was super quick but still done properly.

Overall really happy with the whole process and the finished result. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality blinds and a hassle-free service.
