Great experience installing my shutters
Great experience installing my shutters. Any concerns I had about doing it myself were dispelled once I opened the boxes and looked at the online videos; it all fell into place nicely. I was really pleased with the quality of the assembled and installed shutters, they look great. And the team were very helpful with any queries, replying very rapidly to my questions.

Wrong measurement
I realised that I had measured the blinds up wrong after I had paid, contacted the company in the morning, and spoke with a really helpful lady who allayed all my concerns, took the new measurements and passed them on to the fitting team, we are looking forward to receiving the shutters when they have been delivered.

DIY shutters responive.
Looked at numerous companies and found that DIY shutters were offering what we wanted with best prices and clear communications. Time for delivery was the same from all (as they come from China), but the real thing that stuck out was they answered the questions clearly and precisely quickly and were helpful with any questions I had.

Worth the long wait!
I won’t deny there was a long wait for shutters to be made, shipped and delivered, but for the price I paid it was worth the wait.
I chose cafe shutters on my Georgian windows and they are absolutely stunning and the quality is great. They were quick and easy to fit and look amazing. I will be ordering more, also will be prepared for the long wait for delivery - but worth every penny.
Customer services were also very helpful and replied to my emails and kept me up to date.

We did identify a manufacturing error with one of the panels supplied, however this was quickly rectified with a new panel being supplied FOC.
