Still 0 contact from DML
It has now been 3 full days since Dealership Media responded to my previous review stating that their team would be reaching out to me directly. Yet, I have received ZERO contact attempts.
Dare I even mention that my business left a review regarding this same exact matter back in January of 2026, and you haven’t made a single ounce of contact since then either?
After everything I have already gone through trying to get a response from this company, it is incredibly frustrating to see them publicly claim they will address the issue, only to once again do absolutely nothing.
If your team genuinely intended to resolve this, I should not have to continue chasing you down. Three days without a single call, email, or message is unacceptable.
I obviously work in the auto industry and have made it a point to tell everyone in the dealership fields to stay far away from Dealership Media LTD and I am so glad you’re continuing to prove to me why.

Make sure representations are captured in writing
I was invited by David C. of Dealership Media ltd. to a new Porsche dealership, where my company was offered an advertising spot in the dealership's coffee table book. As an enhancement to the ad, it was represented that the package would include:
1 - Quarterly networking events with Porsche customers and other advertisers
2 - Ad collaboration and opportunities
3 - Access to the dealership space for hosted events
We were invited to an initial lunch with other advertisers, which included the dealership GM, and an initial event as promised.
However, it has now been more than 6-months since the dealer event, and no one from the advertising group had heard from either the dealership or Dealership Media, despite repeated attempts. We finally heard from the GM yesterday, who apparently was not aware of the promises that had been made. He offered to update the advertising group if/when events are held later in the year.
In reviewing the contract, the language itself is for the printed ad and does not include information on the other promises that were made. I chock this up to a promissory salesperson and eager advertisers, me included, who should have made sure all representations made were solidified in writing before signing the ad agreement. Buyer beware.

My company Generations Garage Detailing…
My company Generations Garage Detailing in Texas was confronted by Dealership Media Ltd to be in the Houston Aston Martins coffee table books for 2024 & 2025. We were a brand new business with no extra money and still took a chance and agreed to be advertisers in the 2 books for a hefty fee. We were told we would be invited to over 25 Aston Martin dealership networking events to elevate our concern on customer return for this investment.
The 2024 edition came out, all was fine. We had 0 invitations to events and 0 recognition from this book. 2025 comes and nobody ever reaches out from Dealership Media Ltd. I emailed 13+ times to everyone I had been in constant communication with in 2024, called 5+ times, and even spoke to a women in production who said she was aware of who I was and that I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for months,
We paid a large amount of money to be in 2025 coffee table book and have been ignored for over a whole year now on delivering this service. I will be reporting this business to every appropriate outlet. I 100% don’t recommend this company.
