Great Start
Great sales process and creative team was very responsive. The initial ad draft was EXTREMELY generic. Would have been better to ask me for copy and content input first.

While we have not seen the finished product, the team was more than helpful navigating the production requirements when our design program would not created a product to meet specifications. They created a new design very similar to what we were looking for and got us back in production.

Had a poor initial experience due to miscommunications and mismanagement of a meeting. However, I received a follow up communication and I was guided through the experience.
