Bad business, amateur software. I was led to purchase based on their "Unlimited Videos up to 30 minutes" Which is false. They say, "Upload PDF to create Video", I upload PDF script for a video, and it creates a PowerPoint presentation with an AI avatar in the corner reading my video script. Tried many times. I tried to work with them through contact and troubleshoot. Not avail. I asked for a refund. Very unhelpful and amateur system. Choose others.

Horrible platform. Extremely expensive and not worth the money. It doesn’t process videos properly, the customer support isn’t linguistically adapted, and the problem remains unsolved. I strongly recommend looking for another program or platform.

I use mainly the Ai Dubbing tool.I took the subscription for better use but the translation is not enough good. Sound quality is okay but it uses way More formal words instead of some casual word it seems like i have just used google translator.please use some casual word while translation.

I really like the way he dubs videos. But many are giving error and you have only put a limit of 50 fast processing videos. But outside of that there is nothing bad. I hope they will continue like this for a long time.

Not happy, no reimbursement awarded. Won't be recommending this to anyone in my circle for sure.

Ich habe den "Team Plan" für knapp 70 USD pro Monat abgeschlossen, weil er explizit mit "unbegrenzten Video-Exporten" und "schnellerer Verarbeitung" beworben wird. Das ist eine glatte Lüge. Nach genau 150 exportierten Videos wird die versprochene "schnellere Verarbeitung" abgeschaltet und man landet in einer Warteschlange, die über 36 Stunden dauern kann. Kurz darauf wurde mein Account sogar komplett blockiert und ich konnte keine neuen Videos mehr erstellen – mit der Meldung, mein Limit sei erreicht. Diese massive Einschränkung wird bei der Planbeschreibung mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Der Support ist eine Katastrophe und der eigentliche Grund für diese Bewertung. Man bekommt stunden- und tagelang nur generische, sich wiederholende Textbausteine, die offensichtlich von einer KI oder aus einer Vorlage stammen. Man wird systematisch hingehalten mit Phrasen wie "Wir haben Ihr Feedback weitergeleitet".

Stay away - Charged me for 5 months with no option to cancel. Denied I ever had a subscription. Losers. Scammers.

Don't trust them. Stay away. They changed from unlimited translation to 120 minutes per month.

La traducción de videos no funcionó como esperaba. Algunos se tradujeron correctamente, otros solo audio y otros, después de procesar, sacaban errores. Al final me hicieron un reembolso proporcional, eso fue bueno. Ojalá revisen y mejoren.

He intentado crear una prueba. No funcionaba. He preguntado al soporte y me remite en inglés al correo@e y en él me mandan al mismo sitio. No he podido usar el crédito gratuito para probar y si no pruebo no lo usaré regularmente para crear vídeos IA a partir de descripción con texto. además no se puede uno dar de baja directamente. Una experiencia muy desagradable.

Horrible experience. Found out too late (after signing up) that most of the features you would expect as standard are availible only on the expesive upgrade plan (such as gestures). Also very limited atavars availible in basic (paid) plan - most need an upgrade. But worst of all is that there is no preview of the actual lip sync video before export! Meaning you have to spend export credits to see your creation.

Preview wouldn't load and interface is slow

Deepbrain turns any idea into a video within a few seconds. The visuals have a very high quality. The script is quite creative. The AI avatars look very realistic. The videos download pretty fast. The scenes are quite relevant. The Artificial Intelligence avatars have realistic voices.
