Rough transition from document to video. Videos are VERY AI heavy

Awesome video with background audio mix and apt text content was generated in a jiffy by merely following the user text input. It was beyond my expectation indeed!.

For me, the output didn't have enough realistic look, thus I chose not to use it.

Service also failed for me with several screens, where some had no avatar in.

Avatar variety INMHO is not sufficient.

I faced some difficulties in previewing my video. Sent a request for a refund and it still hasn’t been resolved yet. Overall, great platform just not what I was looking for.

I created an account with them for few content video then I got charged for $30 10 min of video I log out to refresh the site then when I logged in into the website it create a new page all my work were gone just because I log out into the website . Now I spent $30 box for nothing this is inadmissible ....

Scammer Alert. I have all the proof. we published your link on our website and they did not pay my payment even though they did not respond to my email.

Update: In the spirit of honesty, I owe Deepbrain this update and I am happy to do it. I did contact them and they resolved the situation very fast and I liked the outcome. I do think now they are committed to offer their customers a good experience. Now, with that out of the way, my complaint was never about their actual product.

I decided to use it in first place because it is a good product. It gets things done fast, with excellent quality and it is easy to use.

I am an entrepreneur not a tech person. My job is to make money, to produce things that sell, not to spend countless hours learning how to use complicated software. And for that, Deepbrain studio works perfectly.

First, I got charged $30 more than what I should have.When i contacted customer service I never got a solution. Second, my videos were frozen for more than a week, I was not able to download them, I still got charged for the whole month. Then one video I worked in for more than 8 hours just dissapeared, customer service again just dismissed my claim. Now, I can't access my account. I am considering take action against deepbrain, including legal possibly. Your service is disguisting.

Technology is changing and seeing this tool working is like magic, but yes it needs some improvement or upgradation, like generating realistic graphics , you need to add Hindi as well because next upcoming market is India , btw , your product is amazing
