I do apologise that your dough arrived defrosted, we make every effort to make sure there are enough ice packs within the boxes, but we have seen exceptionally high temperatures within the past week. the dough is perfectly fine to be placed directly into the freezer even if it has arrived defrosted.

Personal service, had an email saying when delivery would be and that they were sorry it wasn’t going to be earlier. It was still earlier than I expected!

Great dough overnight
Great dough arrived overnight - except I don't need it until later this week! Had to clear out my freezer! It would be great if there was an option to choose a delivery day. Also, how about mixed party batches, of regular and sourdough? But I love Delivita stuff and will certainly use again.
