Breatheasy away day
Peter aka Delboy, took a group of us from Breatheasy Darlington to Whitby. We had a brilliant journey and were entertained both there and back.
Driving was exemplary even though the coach had a blow out on the A66, it was handled smoothly and efficiently as was the changeover to a replacement coach.
Well done Peter.

Thank you for your fantastic review. We’re delighted to hear that your Breatheasy away day to Whitby was such a success and that Peter kept everyone entertained throughout the journey.
It’s also great to hear your comments about how the situation on the A66 was handled. While a tyre blowout is never ideal, the safety of our passengers is always the priority, so we’re very pleased that Peter managed everything calmly, professionally and efficiently, including the smooth transfer onto the replacement coach.
We’ll make sure your kind words are passed onto Peter — we know he’ll really appreciate them. Thank you again for travelling with us and we hope to welcome your group onboard again soon.
Great service
THORNABY TO YORK , On time yet again, the bus wasn't the best as we have had a lot better coaches in the past for the same money, it was fine but not rather impressed as it was the old one, no microphone as it was missing as we love the talk and communicate with fellow passagers , but we where only on the coach an hour and by the time we had done blind cards etc we were their, driver was friendly and polite, we left the coach as we recieved it as we always tidy up after us and do a sweep of the coach at the end of the day.

Thank you for your lovely review and for travelling choosing us again for your Thornaby to York trip. We’re really pleased to hear the service was on time yet again and that you found the driver friendly and polite throughout the day.
As this was booked as a standard coach service, the vehicle used can vary depending on operational requirements, but we’re glad the journey was still comfortable for the trip into York.
A big thank you as well for leaving the coach tidy at the end of the day it really is appreciated by our drivers and cleaning team. We look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon.

First class coaches and drivers
Absolutely first class experience with delta coaches. They were early for pick ups. They helped with cases. Were always in communication. Will absolutely use again and recommend to friends family and anyone else looking for a reliable coach service. We travelled a party of 25 on a coach from Seaham to Glasgow 8th and 23rd August. Brilliant! Thanks for an easy smooth journey

Day Trip to RSPB Saltholme
Delta were very good with our Brownie trip to Saltholme, the Driver was friendly and arrived in good time and was waiting for us at the end of the day. The driver happily waited while we made sure all the girls had their seatbelts on correctly and fastened. I have to compliment his driving negotiating the narrow road up to the centre as I had thought we were getting a smaller coach so had not mentioned the narrow road.

Thank you so much for choosing Delta Coaches for your Brownie day trip to RSPB Saltholme! We’re delighted to hear our driver was friendly, punctual, and there ready for you at the end of the day. Safety is always our top priority, so we really appreciate you noting the time taken to make sure every seatbelt was fastened correctly.
Thanks as well for the kind words about the driving on the narrow approach road—glad we could navigate it smoothly even without advance notice. If you mention access details next time, we’ll make sure to allocate the most suitable vehicle—but rest assured, we’ll always do our best to adapt on the day.
We’d love to welcome you and the Brownies aboard again soon!

Great trip.
Delta were a pleasure to deal with for our end of year school trip to Flamingo Land. They arrived on time and were patient as we loaded over 250 students onto correct coaches, dealing with a small car park very well. We arrived at our destination on time and safely.
They remained accessible throughout the day and were just as speedy getting us home. In the booking process they were very quick to respond and answered any queries I had within a couple of hours. We would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

It’s always a pleasure working with organised, supportive schools like yours, and we're especially grateful for your recognition of our team’s communication and flexibility on the day. We really appreciate the recommendation and look forward to helping you again on future trips!

Peter Watson and Delta Coaches Are the Best!
I'm on a group trip in the UK with a group of my high school students from the United States. Peter Watson was our driver for several days from Holyhead, to Manchester, to Edinburgh. He was the highlight of our trip. Peter was personable, generous, humorous, and patient with our group, all while being unwaveringly professional. My students were very sad to see our time with Peter end. Most importantly, I always felt that our group was absolutely safe with Peter at the wheel. If I ever bring another group to the UK, I will request that the tour company book with Delta Coaches, and I will request that Peter Watson be our driver.

Very competitive price for a round trip to Newcastle airport from Middlesbrough.
Good communication from the company as a whole throughout and a special mention goes out to both our drivers
Keith on the way out and Matt who picked us up.
Both drivers were fantastic, on time and had good communication skills.
The coaches were clean and tidy and were perfect for our needs, although starting to show their age a little.
We would not hesitate to use again in the future
