School trip to Robinwood
School trip to Robinwood
The outward journey was on a day of torrential rain and floods. The driver was amazing and could not be more helpful. The coach was stuck in a traffic jam for 2 hours so we were so grateful we had a toilet on board.
The return journey went without a hitch and again the driver was great!
Thanks Delta!

Professional friendly service
We had marvellous service from Delta on a two night school trip to London. Csaba (apologies for possible misspelling) our driver, was punctual, helpful, professional and friendly. He negotiated the motorway and London traffic brilliantly and got us all back safe and sound.

We've been using Delta for three years…
We've been using Delta for three years now, taking school students from all over the North East down to Oxford and back. We could choose any coach co. in the NE, in terms of location, but we keep coming back to Delta because we think they communicate clearly and responsibly, their drivers care and want to look after their passengers, and we think they are very reliable.

Great coach service for our class trip…
Great coach service for our class trip to Tynemouth. Arrived prompt, driver was cheerful and chatty with the children which really helped their excitement build!
We were able to leave items on the coach (lunch) so we did not need to leave these in the heat.
Also prompt to collect us and deliver safely to school.

I recently had the pleasure of booking…
I recently had the pleasure of booking a coach to Ocean Beach with this exceptional company. From start to finish, the experience was impeccable.
The driver was an absolute highlight. His polite and friendly demeanor made the journey a joy. Impeccably dressed, he represented the company with pride and professionalism.
To ensure our safety, the driver delivered a comprehensive safety speech before departure. This level of attention to detail was highly appreciated and gave me confidence in the company's commitment to passenger well-being.
After arriving at Ocean Beach, the driver patiently waited all day for us to finish enjoying ourselves. Not wanting to rush us, he created a relaxed and stress-free atmosphere.
On the return journey, the driver went above and beyond by playing all of our favorite songs. This thoughtful gesture transformed the ride into an unforgettable party.
Overall, the coach service to Ocean Beach was outstanding. The driver's professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional customer service made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a safe, reliable, and enjoyable transportation experience.

2 fabulous drivers and a comfy coach
We had 2 fabulous drivers for the trip up to Glasgow Airport and back the following Saturday. They were prompt, helpful, funny, had lots of useful info and clearly enjoyed what they were doing. The coaches were really comfortable and the cost was very competitive. I'd highly highly recommend.
