The driver Steve was very helpful and friendly-
The staff at the hotel were also helpful and polite the room was comfortable and the meals were excellent

Terrible room, horrible flooring, disgusting windows very loose had to put a sock in it to stop the rattling, wallpaper peeling off, the room above was very noisy sounded like an animal running up and down for a couple of hours. Food not very nice either, my husband had a jacket potatoes every night thought couldn't go far wrong with that, badly run restaurant, best thing was the coach driver .

We were very disappointed in the hotel and the food
The sofas and armchairs were covered in dust sheets as the seats themselves were in a bad way, the food was poor and on some mornings there were no fruit (tinned)or yogurt’s and when having continental breakfast this was noticed,our room was very dated,and on the second day we came home and there were 9dead wasps by the balcony doors and they stayed there until we left.
There were stair rods on the stairs that were loose and very dangerous.
The swimming pool was closed
To say we had a free bar was bit far fetch as we didn’t get back from our trips until on average 6 o’clock got changed for dinner at 7 o’clock dinner finished about 9 o’clock so the bar was free for 1 hour only
The return trip home was ok until we got to Folkestone and was put on to feeder coach that took more than 4 hours to get home as we went via Canterbury Romford and Epping .we did ask about the South Mims coach but was told no that is the coach you have been allocated
This was our first trip with Sherings and we were very disappointed with our experience

Everything was fine staff excellent busy driver excellent hotel excellent
But the journey home was abysmal the journey took to long to get home
which spoiled our experience of the holiday we did not need to make so many stops when we just wanted to get home otherwise everything was good

My second visit to The Ivy Bush Hotel, the menu is good and portions too but restaurant very noisy. The single room was a good size and well equipped but no heating in bathroom. The tour is vfm with good mix of shops and sightseeing. The coach was driven by Michael, friendly and helpful, kept us updated on the tour. Booking the tour was made easy by helpful staff.

Just well organised hassle free.been a few times with shea5 always satisfied.

Went to the drtch bulb fields it was fantastic and what made the trip even better was Sonya and Kelvin the two coach Drivers that were so chilled and entertaining it was worth going for them let alone the bulb fields

Really enjoyable holiday on the Italian/ French Riviera tour 11th to 19th April.
Our drivers Jordon and Josh were very pleasant and good drivers. The drinks service was very good and service with a smile. The only disappointing thing for us was that the two USB points under seats 15 and 16 were either broken or not working so on an overnight express that was very inconvenient for us as our phones ran out of charge overnight.
Hotel was very good and the food acceptable for us.

The holiday was good from the word go, the feeder driver was welcoming and cheerful even though it was only 7 am. The interchange was smooth and our tour driver was excellent, very patient and knowledgeable.Our hotel was comfortable and very friendly staff. A first class holiday.

Our coach arrived on time and the driver was very efficient and helpful all through the holiday. We had a generous amount of time to explore Bath and then on to our hotel Leonardo in Swindon. My friend and I were very surprised to be allocated each a disabled room with a wetroom. We had requested a walk in shower but this was better! The hotel was very well-appointed and the meals were excellent. Also the staff were friendly and helpful. The main reason for our trip was a day spent at Longleat Safari Park. It was a very full day and very enjoyable. My friend took her walker and had no problem getting round. Also the park had mobility scooters and walkers for hire. We left the hotel in good time on the last day and had 2 hours in Oxford before arriving in Lymm Services earlier than expected and were soon home. It was a brilliant holiday!

Enjoyed all the holiday. Looking forward to the next.

This wa a really good trip.Excellent hotel in Harrogate with surprisingly good food and a comfortable and efficient journey all the way. The coach driver was very approachable and helpful. The day in York was particularly good as far as I was concerned with entry to the Minster included in the overall price.

Helpful and friendly staff when booking a holliday - nothing is too much trouble. The quality, choice of the Holls is fantastic catering for all tastes and at great value - even in these trying times.... Highly recommend....

I have travelled with Shearings on a few trips now and have enjoyed each one. Good value for money, well organised with lovely staff who are caring and want you to enjoy yourself. Excellent choice of destinations both UK and Europe.

The hotel was clean and tidy,the staff were very friendly and helpful,the coach driver from Rugby and who spent our stay was lovely,he told us jokes and he knew a lot about the areas we went to,the feeder coach driver was very rude and unhelpful,he argued with the taxi driver at Toddinton,he made an elderly couple and myself walk from the coach park to the front of the service station,apparently the gentleman had affidavit the rest was brilliant

The booking was handled brilliantly the holiday itself was fantastic, micheal whom was our driver was lovely and polite and helpful.
My along with others was the fact we were 10hr each way on a transfer bus with no leg room or working toilet, we had to use the services when we had half hour to 45 mins break. Not an actual shearings bus that have leg room as advertised.

Great hotel, knowledgeable and careful drivers. Visits on coach and ferry fine.

The drivers were so helpful and great with jocks and showing how to sent photos and set an alarm on the phone for the very early start home.
