horrible shipping / delivery experience. delivered by some 3rd rate service called GOFO?! I've never even heard of this company. Tracking number says items sat in warehouse for 4-5 days then they attempted delivery to a business address at 8pm. Just a bad experience all around. Still don't have the item.

Originally researched these Carpio 2.0 to buy for my wife who’s a nurse and has been suffering from wrist and elbow strain when constantly using her work computer to document patient care. I decided to also try them for my home work/gaming setup and we’re both very impressed. The Carpio 2.0s are extremely comfortable, only took about a day or two to get used to, and they slide around with ease making the use from keyboard to mouse a breeze. My wife even said that she’s enjoying using them and almost instantly started feeling wrist and elbow relief when using her work computer. Overall, I strongly recommend these for anyone looking for a mouse or keyboard wrist rest…these are the “real deal!”

It’s been almost a month since I ordered the product (13 April) and I still haven’t received anything, with no response from customer support despite my email. There’s no way to track the parcel, and there’s no delivery date – although it was originally due on 22 April.

Very very great customer service. Assist you until the item is shipped out. They even give me free carpio because of minor issue which i didnt expect to be like that. Thank delta hub. Really made my day. Btw this is my 2nd purchase with them

Great.. Exchaned on their own cost. I have two now. Works pretty fine. It helps together with working the wrist out pretty well.

I have nothing but great things to say about Delta hub, the site is easy to use, the products are fantastic, I brought the Carpio 2.0 and trhe difference it makes is incredible. I play hours and hours at a time, after 6 or so hours I was getting pain in my wrist until I get the Carpio 2.0 and now, no pain no matter how long I use the computer.

I purchased a carpio 2.0 that after 5 months of usage, I understood that was not right for me. I contacted the support that helped me instantly with a product exchange with a different size and now is perfect. Great experience, great customer service and amazing products!

I was advised against getting this by a pro player I knew, and I should have listened. While I am impressed with the build quality, functionally it falls flat. I thought this would offer more wrist support, but it just isn't feasible for long periods of time or during intense gaming sessions, or even casual work sessions. The texture doesn't offer enough grip, nor does the design hold your wrists in place well enough. You can spend all the time in the world finding a keyboard, mouse, and pad that works for you, but this doesn't meet the bar in my opinion. I couldn't recommend it with a straight face to others. Packaging/Quality - 4 star, functionality - 1 star.

Sure, they are great things like Sydney Sweeney but then there's also these wrist rests. These are the greatest get the set like Sydney did.

If you can buy it on sale, it is definitely worth it. It is really, really expensive for a wrist rest, but it does work really well. I am glad I have one for work.

Amazing experience. I purchased the delay carpio and received a defective unit. The customer support team at deltahub was quick to respond and went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. How they replied created a customer for life.

It really fixed my wrist paint but the price is really a lot.
