I’ve had the pleasure of shopping with Demons Basement couldn’t be more impressed with the communication through up and downs with the company and once my clothing finally arrived after 7-8 weeks the quality was well worth it at a great price. It’s some reviews mentioning “scam” and things but don’t believe this company went through an delay issue with cuatoms and their manufacturer. They are always concerned and willing to fix the issue plus they communicate a lot.
DEFINITELY RECOMMED!!!!

Bought from them in february and still haven't gotten anything, no updates, no messages back, no emailed back literally nothing. These people are active on their Instagrams LYING about updating shipping since, the last 6 times they've said shipping info will come out next week it does not. This company is a complete scam and this review will be up as the proof until I get my order making this statement different. Do better DB

Dec 2024 -> April 2025, still no order.
I ordered from the company in December. It is April. I still do not have my items. Nowhere in the item description did they explain the item was a pre-order that needed to be made and shipped.
That’s bad brand transparency, and I honestly do not feel like I’ll ever get my items. It’s not like I lost a considerable profit, but unless you want to wait 4 months for a purchase, I wouldn’t advice purchasing from them, as their online rep makes it seem like this isn’t the first time this has happened.

No Communication and Condescension
I ordered from Demons’ for the first time in February. I got a long sleeve Haunter shirt. I then went back and bought more things because they had awesome looking products and awesome promos going on. Well, today is April 7th, and I have received zero of the four items I purchased. And keep in mind their clothing is priced as a normal clothing brand, $35-$55 for a sweatshirt. Throughout the entirety of this process I have emailed their support to no response, then when I went back to email them again at BOTH of their contact emails, they conveniently were not available to receive mail from my email address. I received no confirmation on my first order, and no tracking nor ETA for any of the four items I ordered. After almost two months, I decided to go through my bank and thank GOD Chase can process refund claims quickly, so I got my money back. But that’s not where it ends- I got a text the next day from “Deekay” the owner, stating that my orders were now all of a sudden shipped. What a miracle and not at all a cover up for bad service. I was told I would be provided with tracking for that order, and it was stated as one of the blind box orders I made, but not only was tracking conveniently left out of the text, but I received my package today and all I got were like 20 cheap, low quality stickers. How condescending. Not even any of the actual products I ordered after going through this whole ordeal. Please save yourself the hassle and waste of money and don’t order from here, even Temu and SHEIN have better customer service and delivery times…

Amazing Experience
Every single order has came on time and if there was a delay, they updated me in the discord AND through my email! These bad reviews seem like people who just didn't try to contact support OR didnt realize this wasnt a preorder brand like shien or temu, W brand and W clothing!

scam, pls stay away
i used to see this brand all over my insta till i gave in, i ordered 3 things in february thinking this was legit. it’s now april 6th & i haven’t received anything, the owner “Deekay” sent me a “ confirmation” message that one of my items was getting ready to be ship out & it never did, the shipment box has been in the same warehouse since that day & my other item hasn’t even been packed nor shipped . they don’t respond to emails, nor is there a way to reach support. a scam brand unfortunately

I've received most of my clothing, with a few hiccups but they were fixed in due time. Received free clothing items as compensation as well. The wait may be long but the products..especially the jackets are great & well worth it.

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I ordered a hoodie and have yet to receive it and it’s been close to two years. I get emails all the time and it’s just a bunch of excuse from them stating that their boxes got lost overseas or that their stuff is stuck at customs. Just a bunch of bs to keep you waiting. Meanwhile they keep offering discounts and “dropping” new stuff but can’t even come thru with old orders. Please save your money and time, don’t give these people your hard earned money.

good quality but late. haven’t gotten my second item.
I have gotten a hoodie from here before, it took a bit to arrive but no issue it’s great quality and i love it. i did however order a hoodie last year on march 9th and still have not gotten it. i wouldn’t say customer service is super helpful but that’s only my experience, maybe they just don’t know. but it has been nearly a full calendar year and i have not gotten what i paid for. other then that good prices for good quality but im unsure at this point if i will ever get that second hoodie.

Overall I had a really good experience, quality is amazing and the designs are really cool as well. Had little delays here and there but the wait time is definitely worth it and I always received my orders. Customer service is also very quick and super helpful. I will most definitely be back to buy more again in the future lol. I see a lot of people giving bad reviews but I think otherwise honestly. Give them a chance!
