Joke of a company. Don’t give your time or patronage to this garbage company. The clothing is just cut and paste pre-made graphics stuck on .03$ alibaba pre-made garments. Their quality and customer service makes SHEIN look like Chanel

Edit/response: no, it was definitely your company. I’ll just post the interactions between myself and “customer support” so people can read them for themselves. The reviews you have on Trustpilot says A LOT. If I were to reach out to this company they wouldn’t even know how to respond. You know the old guy playing WOW on south park with the fibromyalgia, wrist cuff? That’s who it feels is behind this company (at least customer service).

In conclusion, I would save yourself the time, money, and aggravation, and just avoid this company at all cost.

They can’t even be bothered to leave an actual response to these bad reviews. Even THAT is copy-pasted. Says a lot! Tens of thousands of supporters 😂😂😂!? Are we talking bots you bought off the dark web to fill your IG with? Those “supporters”? I really hope ya’ll didn’t quit your day jobs.

These people are literally Alibaba warriors and scammers. Just one of the many drop ship losers who use Instagram to advertise. I hope this business crashes to the ground tbh or gets some legal consequences soon. Order from December 2023 never fulfilled or refunded.

Ordered from them august 21st and as of today November 26 I haven’t received anything. They say if you have an issue with your order email them but send out some bs automated response. On top of that they b*tch about having so many orders but they dumbass keep the site open. CLOSE THE DAMN SITE SO YOU CAN CATCH UP ON ORDERS. Also they been having the same sale on their site since I ordered back in august with the countdown saying it’s going to end. When in fact all they just do is restart the timer on the site.

Don’t order from here , I ordered last year Christmas and still haven’t gotten my package. Bunch of bs I keep receiving emails that’s it’s still in process. Smh

Been given the run around since purchasing 120 dollars of stuff Aug 14th. 9 emails have been exchanged with no clear answer or no product in site. Please someone shut them down! I have proof of everything where can I upload. I will do it on reddit.

My grandkids like DemonsBasement hoodies and shirts so I’ve made several purchases for birthdays and past Christmases. Each order arrived within the stated time, the quality was good and the designs were just as advertised. I will definitely shop with them again.

ordered two sweaters from them, they sent the wrong sweater after about 6 months of waiting & when i reached out they said they’ll send out the correct one in february, its now june & still haven’t gotten crap!!! on top of that, the sweaters are such crappy quality, thin, cheap looking, & their prints r soooo off!! on top of that the decal is like sticky & weird. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I messed up on my order information and they were able to fix it for me within 24 hours easily and great communication from customer support. Amazing people forsure!

They make sure they always get you right! Great designs and good qauilty and will keep you up to date!

The designs are amazing, the quality is amazing, it’s also affordable, overall it’s amazing. The only thing I will say is the shipping does take a lil while, but if you can get past that then you can enjoy quality at its finest.

They are either incompetent or scam artists. Possibly both. I ordered a hoodie from them and never received it. My call went right into voicemail. I clearly told them that if they didn't respond I would dispute the charge.
Perhaps they just hope that some people will forget and won't bother.

DB is the greatest company I have ever dealt with,they are the kindness. We had a shipment problem a year or so ago and when they got everything back in order on there in they made my order right, I didn’t have a receipt all I had was my name and date. They made sure everything that I had ordered my grandson received. They were out of a product and they replaced it with whatever he wanted. Most companies wouldn’t cared. DB is the best I am a customer for life.

This is my third purchase from Demons Basment. The first one never arrived but the second and third came through. Love the quality and the way the owner cares about his customers. The staff team is amazing as well

Emailed on of the people there, they were a really cool low to earth person and they understood/helped more than they should have with me. Even got my hoodie delivered early.

Most unprofessional company I’ve ever bought from. I ordered two hoodies from here in September per a 2-6 week shipping policy. Well, it’s been seven months and despite adamant email and customer service correspondence, my item has yet to arrive. The customer service is the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced. Each time I email about my order they always give me the runaround, telling me “it’ll be sent out with the next batch.” Again, it’s been seven months of this, and absolutely nothing. I emailed them recently asking for a refund, which they refused which I partially understand because the card I ordered from was lost, meaning they would have to refund to a different card, which is against Shopify’s rules. I get that, but they also sent a text to my phone recently saying my card was charged AGAIN for the order, and when I emailed them, they said it was an “April fool’s joke.” Don’t ever buy from this company, they operate like they are and probably are twelve years old.
