Advise on my very skin
I was recommended by a friend, the service was very speedy and the advice very good for someone that wanted a prescription without visiting your GP, which is what I wanted. John did provide a prescription and a diagnosis, but he suggested I involve my GP, which I have. I visited my GP, though I didn’t see a doctor, which is often the case these days but the guy was a paramedic who couldn’t dispense prescriptions but had to email a doctor🤔 I don’t know where she was based but I had already decided that I wanted some blood tests done to rule out certain conditions that may be causing my itching dry skin, I’m having them done next week. I also have prescription for some cream for my eyes which have be allergic for a few months. John did offer me the choice of visiting his clinic but I will try to do a little more detective work first, as he suggested.

Extremely quick and easy service
Extremely quick and easy service. It’s reassuring to be able to get access to such an experienced consultant for such a reasonable price.
The only (very slight) negative comment I would make is that uploading photos but limiting the quality to 5MB is a bit messy. That said I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using and recommending this service, thank you!

Hi, received a prescription very quickly!
Little bit more detail on what cream to use first would have been good, pharmacist was reluctant to supply the cream due to lack of instruction of use!

i was desperate & this service was…
i was desperate & this service was useful .it took a few days to receive the items , of which there was 3 , each one was x different steroid cream even the pharmacist was surprised .There was no instructions on when or which item to apply first , or which to try , even after various phone calls & an email it was literally pig luck , in which case i don't believe it to be a total service .

No contact from anyone

Great service… when it’s impossible to get a GP appointment Dr Ashworths came to the rescue.
The was service was excellent thorough and the issue was dealt with quickly and successfully… would highly recommend and I will definitely use Dr Ashworth again .

Dr Ashworth keeps repeating that he is…
Dr Ashworth keeps repeating that he is not responsible for suppliers or manufacturers not being able to fulfill a prescription he has issued.I am not disputing this.
Dr Ashworth said on one of his previous messages that if only some of the recommended creams/ anti biotics can be supplied then any pharmacy will supply the products that are available.That is not what happened when my daughter tried several pharmacies,and they all insisted the prescription had to be amended.
Then Dr Ashworth on his next message,changes his mind and says that he would be happy to change a prescription if we had asked him too.My daughter asked him several times on his website contact email but no response.
That is the issue.You have taken £75 off my daughter which I gave her and not followed up with a solution to amend the prescription.
Why don’t show all your customers both existing and potential,that you can hold up your hands,admit things didn’t go well,and return the £75 back to her.
I am a reasonable and sane 64 year old grandfather, not a keyboard warrior trying to cause trouble,so do the honourable thing Dr Ashworth. Please dont send another message with irrelevant and incorrect information on it as I will only respond back again reminding you of the facts.This has been going on now since March I think when the initial request and payment was made.

Daughter had a consultation - was told prescription would be emailed - it was not and there is no way of contacting anyone to tell them about it - if you call any of the numbers given no one can help you - bad service
