They don't guarantee their products!
Fresh camel milk is decent, but sometimes it can taste salty. I don't know what they are feeding the camel with. Secondly, they don't have a good return policy. When the kefir taste bad, they don't provide free return labels to return the items. Why should customers have to pay to return your bad products? I believe they shipped old milk that has been frozen for a while, you can tell by the distinct camel smell.

Ordering online was easy. I got necessary help from Desert Farms online staff to update my information.

Very Satisfied.
My wife and I really enjoy the frozen Camel Milk. Since we live near Toronto Canada we order the milk frozen. We receive notice when the shipment leaves Desert Farms and also before it gets to my house. The milk itself is amazing we drink it plain or in cereal and my wife uses it in her coffee in stead off dairy cream. Finally let’s not forget about the health benefits, look them up. Thank you Desert Farms I’ve been 100% satisfied with every shipment we received.

Was surprised by the great taste
I was absolutely surprised that i loved the milk. Im allergic to dairy and missed having in it coffee and tea drinks. I could not tell the difference at all. I unfortunately have lyme disease and even if I didn't have an allergy to dairy, I am suppose to stay away from dairy for inflammatory purposes. I did find i was a lot more arthritic while drinking it daily. If you are thinking about it the flavor, I say don't worry and go for it.

The shipments used to arrive frozen
The shipments used to arrive frozen, now they arrive partially thawed. I was charged shipping on the last order, which I should not have been. I have been promised a refund of the shipping fees, but still it is a hassle to have to pursue this.

Hi! thank you so much for your review. Indeed, nowadays milk would arrive to customers almost thawed, which is completely fine you just have to make sure to refreeze the bottles that won't be consumed right away. Regarding your refund, our system shows that we successfully refunded the shipping charges last July 22, and that would have been reflecting your account in 5-7 days. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns about this. We greatly appreciate your patience and business!
