Desert Farms Reviews

I received my first order of the "frozen" Camel milk since I live in Canada. Although I was excited to try the milk for the first time, I knew that I would not be disappointed by the quality of the packaging. The styrofoam cooler and ice packs were very effective in keeping the milk frozen. The icing on the cake was the quality of the milk once I thawed the first bottle. The milk was smooth and a little creamy with no more after taste than cows milk. I was surprised at how good it tasted. When I compared it to cows milk side by side the Camel milk was like a pure white next the cows milk. Super impressed and will definitely order more.

So far so good. Looking forward to my next order. Thank you so much Desert Farms.

Overall good service, and excellent products

The camel milk helps tremendously. I had to start slow, doing 2 spoons in the morning and 2 spoons in the afternoon and work my way up. My 1st month using it, and by the 2nd week I noticed a difference. I didn't know I was very anxious, stressed, and having brain fog but the days I didn't take it, I was a mess. I tried Rhodiola years ago but it was too strong of an adaptogen for my weak system, so I couldn't take Rhodiola. For me, the camel milk works, it is my Rhodiola. I wished I had discovered camel milk 6 years ago. The customer service is good and very patient.

Milk taste good! and has so many healthy benefits for my toddlers.

Awesome Great service but it’s delivered very Late. Thanks

I haven't received any of my orders , sent you guys messages but didn't reply ,very bad customer service . I want my money back

poor customer service
over one month for delivery

I am a subscriber and every month I receive an email that my order is delayed because of high orders. Shouldnt subscriber orders bd fulfilled first? I have asked and have received no response from the company.

It takes for ever between placing an order to when you get it delivered. In short, you are unable to produce to levels that satisfy demand and because of this, consumers have to carry this inefficiency on your behalf.

None of our orders of camel milk powder came on time

I rarely leave any negative reviews for anything, but this had me very frustrated. We order camel milk regularly and I’ve realised that this company charges a lot of the next day delivery but have never delivered the next day.
My recent order took exactly ONE WEEK for it to arrive and I paid for the next day delivery which they had the audacity to charge £18 and refused to refund it. Shocked and disgusted.
