I am still waiting for my camel milk powder

I love this stuff.. I wish it was not so expensive but my gut and health are worth it. It has worked wonders for me.. THANK YOU

Unethical and unprofessional business. They are fraudulent. They will process your credit card, and they won’t ship your product. When you enquire about where is my milk, they reply hey I am out of milk, but I’m not gonna argue with you, but we are not fraud. When I get my camel to milk, I’ll ship it to you ;) in the mean time, Just hang tight. We appreciate our customers so much!

My son can’t drink cows milk, though he loves it as it gives him a rash. We were so happy to find an alternative that is even more full of nutrition that doesn’t bother him.

You did a great job. The milk arrived in dry ice. The milk tasted like cows milk, very good. I am saving my nickels and dimes to buy it again.

Our last order was through the Desert Farm website. We ordered 66 bottles of camel milk (60 bottles of 16oz and 6 bottles of 8oz) and a bag of Camel milk Powder. We paid approx. $729.00. So far for this order, the experience has been horrible. The 60 (16oz) bottles were delivered as warm, completely thawed and the shipping box had few bags of Ice. The milk bottles were warm when we open the cooler. Touching few bottles felt like those were sitting outside of the cooler for a long time. I am sure we all know that these are perishable food and it’s required to deliver at a safe temperature 40°F or below. In this case, they had delivered those milk far above 40°F. It’s oblivious that the milk has been spoiled. We don’t feel safe to drink it. We contacted the Desert farms support team and the experience dealing with the rep. was bad as well. She said the bottles were fresh and that’s the reason it was warm. We by the ordered Frozen. We all know that fresh or frozen, milk must be delivered 40°F or below. The rep. from the Desert farms said they have right to substitute the items (fresh instead of frozen) because that what is in the Terms and Condition. Her way of talking to me was rude and unprofessional.. The rep. further said she will get in touch with the founder of the company and let me know as to what to do next. But we haven’t heard from her since. I have sent few e-mails to the support team and so far no response. It’s shameful to experience the way Desert team support team communication with us on this matter so far. They got their money by delivering us bunch of rotten milk.

Excellent service but not getting the package at the beginning of each month, rather it's being delivered late in the month.Please send at the first of month. Thankyou.

Payment were taken 3-4 weeks earlier and I had to email you twice requesting some shipment information and updates. I thought the shipment was lost, misplaced or was overlooked. Finally, Desert Farms got back to me and informed me about their circumstance and the shipment details. All was good at the end.

It delayed one of my recent purchases. Almost 3 weeks late. It said it is out of stock but never got fulfilled until I called customer service.

It’s a blessing to have camel milk and The company Proffesionaly responded with a delivery date courteous and I have been and always will recommend desert farms .

The bottles for my 24 16 oz order were going to be delayed. A representative called and asked if they could do my order with 48 8 oz bottles instead...same amount of milk just more little bottles, but this way my order would not be delayed. I appreciated the thought and accepted the change. My order was here on time and now I have cute little bottles doing the same great work as the larger ones!

I never received my order. Funny to get emails wanting me to buy your product when you can't even deliver the orders that are paid for.
And now a review of something I never received, well I think your company needs to spend more time filling orders before soliciting more customers. Just an observation.

Awesome great tasting milk . Does good for my hair.!It doesn't fall as much anymore. Just love it!
