Received my Gucci glasses this morning. Originally was going to order from my optician who were charging 535 pound for 1 pair. I was unable to decide which pair to choose so thankfully didn’t order from them. My husband found this website where I just uploaded my prescription and I was able to get the two pairs of Gucci glasses for less than the initial pair from the optician . Fantastic service and easy to use website . Feels good to actually get a bargain without compromising customer service. Will be recommending to all my friends . Keep up the good work 😎

Great service! I received my Michael Kors glasses within 2 days and they were exactly the same as the pair that I had lost. They were a third of the price that Vision Express charge as well! I would definitely recommend them.

I have used this company my last 5 pairs of glasses. They are my go to. Just got some reglazes, sent Frames on Thursday and got them back Saturday morning.

Nicky in customer service was great, I accidentally ordered wrong lens! Was so helpful and quick to get it sorted for me. Prices are much more reasonable then other websites aswell. Would definitely recommend this company!!

Had an excellent experience with this company. I need a pair or sunglasses asap for a friend’s birthday, and they were sold out or on back order everywhere, becoming quite desperate, I stumbled across this website who had them in stock and cheaper then every other website! I was slightly sceptical as the website wasn’t one I recognised, however, I received a tracking number an hour later, and delivery the next day. Will definitely be ordering again:)

Great selection of glasses, much better prices than high street shops. Customer service is superb and the quality of the product is excellent.

My chosen frame was out of stock, but they contacted me the next day to see if I want a different one or wait a bit. I said I can wait no problem, they kept me updated and when the glasses were ready they sent them with next day delivery.

I needed a replacement urgently. As my optician didn't have the frame I wanted, I finally found the one online at designerglasses and called to check availability. The lovely lady I spoke to on the telephone this afternoon ( Nicky, I think it was ) couldn't have been more helpful. She arranged despatch immediately and followed up with nice email. The courier has just advised delivery tomorrow. Excellent customer service.

Had my glasses only a month and the arm broke, designer glasses sorted the problem out for me. Organised a new frame from Tiffany and posted them back to me in less than a week.And it was the week before Christmas.Had other prescription glasses from them and always been happy with the service.Thank you Designer Glasses.

As it turns out, they were not in stock at the distributor for some time.

Offered similar shape by the team and they were promptly dispatched without hassle.

The difference was also refunded too.

A fantastic service. If I'd waited for Boots I would have still been waiting for my eye test. Booked an eye test online for Sunday at Specsavers - attended that day. The bigger retailers discourage reglazing as "the frames could get damaged". Designerglasses have the reglaze option, so I sent my frames on Tuesday to be reglazed to my new prescription. They were back with me on Friday! I used them to buy the frames originally during lockdown. I could not recommend more highly. I am just sending my other pair off as well. The only downside is that on both occasions the 10% discount code did not work.
Update: I wrote the review on a Saturday afternoon and got an instant reply to explain why the discount did not apply - which made perfect sense. I have since got my 2nd pair reglazed and experienced the same exceptional and slick service.

Glasses and lenses are ok but unfortunately after advertising on the website 3 day dispatch I didn’t receive my glasses as stated. I’ve placed my order on the 20/07 and they have only been dispatched on the 31/07 unfortunately on top of that communication wasn’t the best including myself making multiple phone calls to get an update.

This was the first time that I’ve ever ordered glasses online. Placed the order but needed some advice. Spoke to Nicky who answered my questions. Email confirmation said 7-10 working days and was delivered in 8 working days. All securely packaged. A great service and would definitely recommend. Excellent service.

just received the frames that I ordered and I'm really impressed with the quality and price. After searching through different sites Designer Glasses had the best price.
