Produits de qualité correcte, le seul problème est l'affichage de produits sold-out comme étant en stock, incident qui peut être rapidement résolu avec le service client (en anglais). Livraison impeccable.

So I ordered two items and received no updates on my order which was concerning. Left several messages and was ignored but eventually was told that my item would be shipped by the end of October. Surprise surprise nothing has been shipped and it’s now January 2023!

Lovely items on the website but not worth buying from, especially as the items are not cheap. Absolutely shocking to lie and claim that customers will receive their orders and then go quiet unless you keep bothering them. If I pay for something then I expect to receive it or get my money back!!

Avoid at all costs and tell anyone who considers buying from here to avoid it too.

Au bout de 3 semaines je regarde l état de ma commande. Elle est toujours en production. J utilise la rubrique nous contacter aucune réponse. Le 21 décembre cette fois j écris par mail sur le tchat sur la rubrique nous contacter. Mais en parallèle j ouvre un litige avec paypal.
Cette fois ils me répondent, et m'informe comme indiqué sur site les délai de production sont de 6-8 mois (je n ai pas trouvé l informations sur le site ). Comme par hasard, paypal ne traite pas les litiges au dela de 6 mois.
J'ai demandé le remboursement intégral étant dans les délais, si il ne le font pas paypal le fera.

Made 3 separate purchases (4 dresses). They have a good selection and quality is good... but don't expect quick service. They are very slow in preparation time and slow in updating shipping info. So slow that many people cancel... and that's when problems start. Check the listed "production delay" (they are not made until ordered!) and if it's a holiday... (Haloween is the worst) order VERY early, because it will probably take even longer. You will probably be happy IF you can be very patient. I bought these for 1 person and she was extremely happy with 3 out of the 4 dresses.

ordered like 5 items, one after another got emails saying they were out of stock. talked to support and replaced them, then got more emails saying they were also out of stock. super frustrating, and im scared i will never be refunded. avoid at all costs.

J'ai commandée une robe en avril dernier (quand même 100 et quelques euros + frais de livraisons d'environ 10 euros).

Malgré plusieurs relances je nai réussie à les contacter que via Whats App et ils ne m'ont remboursés que 75€ (la robe étant à 96€) mais ont envoyés le collier (5€) que jai reçu et dont la qualité est bonne mais sans plus.

Je vous déconseille absolument ce site bien "qu'il arrive" que certains reçoivent leur commande mais c'est rare.

Ordered and paid over $30 for it to get here on the 18th of September. They haven't begin to even ship it when the day came. No confirmation, no tracking number. Luckily I paid though PayPal and I opened a dispute against them. They emailed me saying they will only refund it if I close the dispute! PayPal warned me to never close the dispute because then you may not have a chance to get your refund since closing the dispute means the problem has been settled. I had to escalate the dispute and only then when PayPal personally reached out to them was I able to get my complete refund back. Do not shop there!

I had been scammed. Bought a dress a JSK and a blouse aswell a headband around last November ( It is October now) And they would give me a plethora of excuses why the items werent shipped yet such as it was a preorder so it was getting fitted. Okay, so I waited. A few months go by and nothing. I contact them again and they tell me they are experiences shipping delays due to covid. I confronted them asking why they didnt update me on this as 6 months had gone by.
Then when I wait and ask again, they claimed to lost my order and reciept to which i had screenshots and proof of transaction.
After several attempts to compromise I had finally asked for my moneyback to which they refused me and convinced me to wait some more. After being so fed up and threatening them with complaints , they finally shipped my order which was great! Until you realize its a fake tracking number and the package has been in transit for over 3 months.
Please save your time and money and buy elsewhere

Ich hatte 4 Artikel vorbestellt, welcher nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr verfügbar war auf der Webseite. Wer also nicht vorbestellte rechtzeitig, bekam auch nicht mehr die Gelegenheit dazu. Die Zeit zwischen Vorbestellung und Lieferung betrug ungefähr 6-7 Monate.

Es fing schon damit an, dass nur 2 der Waren geliefert wurden. Ichwartete einen weiteren Monat und fragte dann nach meiner Bestellung und den anderen Artikeln. Es kam nur "Ja verschicken wir dir jetzt". Wieder 2 Wochen gewartet und es kam ein falscher Artikel mit an. Es handelte sich dabei um ein Headband eines anderen Designs. Ich also wieder hingeschrieben und bekam nur zurück "Ja ist leider out of Stock, könne wir nichts machen."

Sie boten mir einen Refound an aber es kann doch nicht sein, dass die ein so schlechtes Warenwirtschaftssystem haben, dass die nicht schauen können AHHHHHH 40 Leute bestellten vor und 40 Artikel müssen also später auf Lager haben...

Und überlegt mal, was ich bestellt habe, war ein einfaches Haarband mit Bärenohren. Die haben es nicht hinbekommen beim Designer anzurufen und mal zu fragen "Ähm sorry.. könnten wir noch eines haben? Der Kunde wartet immerhin schon seit 6 Monaten und hat VORBESTELLT"

Bestellt dort bitte niemals vor, die Gefahr enttäuscht zu werden, ist bei dieser enormen Wartezeit einfach zu groß.

i got a email saying that the dress is not affable in my size, so i ask if they had it in a bigger size then.
they said yes, so i said thats okay then. A week later another email saying the same thing. me asking them if they have a bigger size then they saying yes. not even 2 days later another email. we don't have the dress anymore. i said oh okay can i have a refund then? they said yes .
its been a month now.
make up is here.
not the colour i ask for and not even the right brand.
still no refund.
no contact affable with there help center.

looked on there website today....the dress is back in stock..

my advise don't buy from them if you don't want to go on a full hunt after them.

I purchased the Tomie JSK set last year. This was my first purchase form DevilInspired and I don’t think I’ll be returning despite loving the dress I received.

The listing said it was in stock and I just needed to wait 2 weeks for the processing time and to ship to their warehouse, but then it turned into almost more than 4 weeks.

I contacted the company about this and the day after I sent a message they sent it out to me. It seems like they had forgotten to ship it out.

Then, after it was sent out, they did not ship it expedited like what I had paid $34 for. They sent it standard! I waited multiple weeks for my package to arrive. I argued with customer service that they did not ship it using the expedited services that were listed on their site. It was sent YunExpress which is an economic express service. The package also arrived in a tiny envelope where the whole JSK and blouse set was squeezed into instead of a box.

They would not refund me and tried to tell me that YunExpress is expedited shipping which isn’t true. A representative on Twitter told me to contact customer service for a refund and that did not happen. They only offered a $10 shipping credit to be used in THEIR store. This was very frustrating and caused me to not want to shop there again. Dress is gorgeous and wonderful quality, but I felt scammed by DevilInspired itself.

The products I received were not a problem, as they are legit items you could buy on Taobao, the problems arose with customer service. About 3-4 months after placing an order, I contacted customer support to see where my order was and when I might expect to see it or even receive tracking information. They came back saying an item was a pre-order (it wasn't, item title nor description ever said anything about pre-order and it said it would be expected to ship within 2 weeks), so I should expect to wait longer. I mention that this item was never titled a pre-order... Their response then changes to, "Oh that's out of stock, we can refund you". Blatantly lying at this point one way or the other, but whatever, I'll take a refund. Fast-forward to 2 months later, and no refund. I open a Paypal dispute and within 2 days, bam, refund.
Conclusion: this company will probably jerk you around every which way, try to keep money they aren't entitled to, lie to you, and over-charge massively for items you can get through a shopping service for far less. It's also super shady that even after receiving my items, I cannot write reviews. Probably why I rarely see reviews on any of their products, or if there is, it's one beaming review (pretty fishy, they probably bought those "reviews", but that's just speculation on my part). Not buying here again.

DI is a Taobao reseller, so wait times on their items are going to depend on the brands themselves, pre-orders, custom size order times, etc and they will not send out an order until every item is in. Customer service is slow at times, but I have yet to wait longer than 72 hours. Shipping has been around 2 weeks for their standard shipping once shipped to me. Are they worth it? Depends on the items, but if they have a free shipping event with a discount code, definitely can be! I've gotten $45 Taobao dresses for $50 each, but no shopping service fees, no PayPal fees for currency exchange, no shipping fees to their warehouse and no shipping fees to me (because of the free shipping event). That makes it worth it on things like that. But some items are definitely overpriced. I really wish they would give updates on their orders like shopping services do though. My one critique on Instagram is I wish they'd put the sizing info in their posts, being plus sized by Asian standards, I would love to know at a glance if their items would fit or not.

I recently bought 5 dresses from devilinspired, and I love them! The shipping admittedly was extremely slow, but they were really cheap for the style (name brands cost upwards of $300 PER DRESS) and the quality is surprisingly good. They also look just like the pictures!

Orderded a dress from here and after i read some negative reviews i tried to cancel my order. They did reply to my email within 24 hours, altough they did say they could not cancel my order anymore. But that is fair because it says in their policy you can't anymore if it has been shipped, and my order was already shipped.

The order itself came pretty quick tho. the site said 2-4 weeks, and it came within that time frame. The dress itself is really nice quality and the right sizing and i will def be ordering from here again

The dress I brought is of good quality and I absolutely love it. There are however, some critiques. First of all, the package took ages to deliver and was only able to be tracked through some very sketchy looking chinese website. Customer service didn't really respond. The sizing charts on the website seem like they've been written by a crackhead. If the item is of stretchy material, they seem to measure it without being worn by an actual person, just the product itself, which makes things seem ridiculously small. Why even bother with a size chart if it's not usable? The sizing is, as always, China sizes, so always get 2 sizes bigger than usual. Some of the items are also in only three sizes available (mostly it's XS, S and M for some reason???), so if you're not fairly slender don't bother with this Shop. I'm usually a size S/36 (EU sizing) and the dress in M is a pretty tight fit. The package also smelled pretty unpleasant when it arrived. When looking at the other reviews here I might have been pretty lucky with my items arriving.

I ordered an item in September. It said it would take about a month of processing on some of the items, and that it could take 25 days shipping or something like that and I though that’s fine, I can wait. According to them, it should arrive in October-November, and at worst some time in December, I can wait. It is now February and have gotten zero updates whatsoever on my over 100 USD order. No shipping confirmation, not that it arrived to the warehouse, nothing. I only got a conformation of my order, every other email from them has been promotional. The status on my order is still “payment accepted” and nothing else had happened since then. I would order the same outfit from a different site but it was limited, and I need those items to go with my coord for multiple things. Please go to any other Taobao reselling site than this, it’s not worth it, I will never order from here again. I have also heard about them selling commercial dresses (cheaply made and more mass produced, several sellers on Taobao will bulk buy them and sell them) and claim they’re from indie brands, and will put them under fake indie brand names without any disclosure. I checked myself with a dress I ordered from them and I found it to unfortunately be true. I regret spending 40 USD on a commercial dress I could have gotten for 25, especially considering how much better of a dress I probably could have gotten for that price, and it would have actually arrived.

Horrible, à chaque commande passée, le payement était effectué, et on reçoit un mail pour nous dire que ce n'est pas disponible, le remboursement n'a jamais été fait après des semaines de messages. 200 euros de perdus.
N'y achetez rien, ne vous faites pas avoir !

Perfect! I even had a little gift with it! The delay was a bit long but i was notified of every changes such as country change, when it was on an airplane, when it left a facility etc ..

They insisted I did not pay, when I did, worse company ever, contact your bank immediately, don’t wait, it’s a scam.
