DevilInspired has a multitude of issues, including scalping and a complete lack of security regarding personal info. My issues luckily were not too bad. I got the items I ordered, but I got them 4 months later when it was stated at 2 months maximum (which is ridiculous as well for items that are not pre-orders). Terrible shipment time. Do your research and buy from the Taobao stores directly instead. You will save much money, and it will end up being more convenient.

kept delaying order over and over.
kept claiming i’d get my order soon and they just needed to wait for a part to arrive.
never arrived.
i asked for a refund and they said they would. two weeks later i asked how long the refund would take. claimed it would be in a week.
it’s now been two weeks and just over the 180 days of paypal and they’re completely ghosting me.

appalling service. stolen my money. terrible

If they send you someone else's order they are prone to breaching GDPR and giving you a stranger's complete personal info. It's happened to me and several others. For your own safety I wouldn't recommend buying from DevilInspired.
Aside from that the markup is ridiculous and not fair at all, other resellers offer cheaper prices for the exact same product from the same source, but the best place to buy these items is from the source directly as this is where you'll get the best price and you'll receive your items faster (2-3 weeks processing and 2-3 months for overpriced shipping is just not acceptable...)

I’ve ordered twice now, thinking that the first time was a fluke. But I ordered for their Black Friday sale 2020, and one item said it was in stock on the website, yet, they took my money, then told me a week later it was out of stock (an email that went straight to spam, so I didn’t see it for a while. Meanwhile, they use their Facebook page for all other communications. Almost like they were hiding it), and I asked for a refund on December 30th. It’s January 15, 2021 and they still haven’t refunded me. This is the second time this has happened. And two items that they said are on their way still don’t have a tracking number and it’s been over two months since an update. I won’t be ordering from them again, and because of their extremely high markups alone (not to mention terrible customer service), I don’t recommend you do either.

First order: item listed as in stock was out of stock. Charged for the item. Half of items on the order were wrong or not on the order. Shipping took over five months and was not given updates until 5 months in when I pestered them for it.
Second order: ordered custom size for 90 cm waist. Received 130 cm waist. When I asked to see if I could send them the faulty product and receive the correct item, they sold me to hire a tailor.
I could not dissuade you enough from giving them your business.

Clearly a scam website, avoid at all cost - Item was declared as lost by Hermes on the 19th of December, but DevilInspired are insisting that I get further proof than an email from the second in line to Hermes' UK CEO confirming that it's lost.

They're refusing to ship a replacement item or refund my payment until I provide nonexistent documentation, so I'm left with no choice but to open a PayPal claim.

Can someone tell me how much shipping to Uk is on their stuff and if there were any taxes or other stuff pls

Ordered 3 items, all of which are good quality.

There's been good care to make sure the bag got here looking flawless and scratch free. The cropped blouse is also really comfortable, and even though my skin is super sensitive (i'm the type of person that apparently has a personal vendetta against even the softer washing labels) i have 0 issues with it, despite being 2cm larger than the upper end of what's recommended for the bust measurements.

Besides that the customer support people are super friendly, there's a good flow of information when necessary, and fortunately for total newbs to ordering stuff in this whole fashion (such as me) they're also really really quick to respond in a reassuring way.

All in all, definitely a site i'll come back to when looking for more items to add to my wardrobe. Based on this order i trust that the items they choose to feature on the site are good, the site is easy to navigate, and the shopping experience is nice and smooth.

I ordered from them twice, always very satisfied with the quality. Communication with them was fast end effective, customer service is helpful! I got my parcels within reasonable times (considering it's shipped from China) and tracking worked perfectly. Very unique clothes!

My one purchase was smooth and without issues. The price markup for the dress (DevilInsp. Is a taobao reseller) was fair and I was pleased with shipping.
