Battery Malfunction/Not Reliable
I got the jacket and pants camo set. I've only worn them 6 times so far and out of the 6 times they only worked the first 2 times, the last 4 times both batteries had a malfunction going from 100% charge to 0% within minutes of being turned on.

This jacket was missing the battery packet when I received it. I had to pay for a new battery and then when I received it. The jacket does not get warm

I have bone cancer with a lot of pain and cold makes it worse,but I love the outdoors and hunting. So the coat keeps me nice and warm and it’s much more tolerable outside. Love it

Regarding battery life: our 12V battery lasts 3.5–4 hours on high and 9–10 hours on low. Actual runtime can vary based on outside temperature and heat setting you use. Not enough heat …
The jacket looks great but really orang warm up very much. Was very disappointed in the overall heat of the product. My girlfriend gets cold and has some autoimmune issues I had read terrific reviews but I just cant give a good one. I was just hoping for so much better.

The jacket should warm up noticeably, especially on the high setting. Could there be an issue with the battery or connection? Sometimes the battery needs a full charge first, or the heat setting may not be turned up enough.

Initially, the incorrect sized jacket was sent, but they then sent us the correct one. The zipper on the second jacket they sent was broken, but they sent us a new one that works. My husband is happy with the jacket. It’s comfortable, warm, and easy to use. Customer service was prompt to respond when we had issues.

Where has this product been all my life.
Fast and secure shipping. A great value all around. I bought a second battery pack to have fully charged and on standby if the first battery starts to loose its charge which hasn’t been required as of the weighting. The heating elements provide sufficient warmth on the lowest setting and haven’t needed the other two. All in all a great purchase and would recommend to all. My only come would be the non detachable hood. Planning on how to store that tomorrow.

I love both my coats
I love both my coats I bought from DEWBU. It comes with the battery pack but I decided to buy a different one because they only last so long with my coat on high. It is longer lasting when you’re not using it or if it’s in light mode, but I always have it on high and need a longer battey run.
