Bad BAD News!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I’m not sure if it’s a scam or just very poorly run. I ordered my items on November 9 and received an email November 13 stating that my package shipped. Whatever they use for tracking is totally worthless. My package has been in “origin post preparing shipment” since November 16 which is the last communication from them besides marketing emails trying to get me to buy MORE! Today is December 28 and I have no update.
I sent in a contact form yesterday and received an automated email with a link to another part of the website I have to hunt down to find the actual customer service contact info. Why even bother with the contact form on the website if it goes nowhere?? And of course now the link they sent via automated email doesn’t work! It looks like I will not receive any resolution to the issue.

I’m sure they will claim this is not their company’s fault, blaming the postal service. My argument is this: if so many of your customers are having trouble with receiving their mail from your distribution center, why not try to resolve that huge flaw in the business plan? Take some ownership for the poor distribution choices your company has made.

So disappointed.

I ordered a purse on November 16

I ordered a purse on November 16, still have not received it or anything. After reading these reviews I want to cancel my order but they have not responded to any of my e-mails. Really upset. Was going to give it as a gift :(

Buyer beware!!!

Hi, I placed an order a few moths ago and haven't received my order. Items stopped tracking on Los Angeles a month ago. Emailed support but it rerouted you back to the start on support page with an automated email. Called customer service number on website and it is disconnected. Seems pretty shady to me.

China made and shipped!

I received my first necklace and hated it. I understand the jewelry is inexpensive but the chain was so gaudy. It looked nothing like it did in the pictures. If wanted to add earrings to my order and they did allow me free shipping, even though I added them after the first item shipped.
The earrings were ordered on November 8. They were supposed to be delivered by November 18. It is now the 27th and my package has been stuck in New York for eight days. I've had to submit a report to the post office and I contacted diadem and they said that it just takes time since they shipped from China. Let me just say that if I knew they were made and shipped from China I would never have ordered from them!
So, still no action on my package and I'm stuck with an ugly necklace. They are misrepresenting themselves and their products. They are not a Boho boutique they don't even make it their own stuff.

Pleasant surprise

I received my order today - a sweater and some jewelry. TBH, I had pretty low expectations, but I was blown away. I LOVE the sweater! It is better than I had imagined. The jewelry is all cute, and as pictured on the website. Everything was all beautifully packaged as well. I will shop there again.

Buyer beware! Sleazy merchandise and no returns.

Disappointed with the items I ordered and went to the site to have another look and find return policy. Now I know why the origami bird earrings are not shown on a model — they are almost ridiculously tiny, perhaps suitable for a little girl. The same with the gold horizontal earrings which appear coved with cheap gold-colored paint. The watch is the same gold paint and does not run. And to top it off, there is no refund, only a store credit and return rigamarole and expense. Buyer beware!

Worst online purchase ever

Worst online purchase ever! Ordered a dress in medium, I'm a size 6 and it was basically a shirt that wouldn't even zip up and it ended mid butt!? The material was a SUPER thin, almost see through, stretchy material. Looked like a 5 year old could wear it, like a cheap Halloween costume. When I looked up how to return, they only give store credit to buy more cheap crap. Unbelievable. I just threw money in the garbage and was really looking forward to getting it :(

Bad, bad, bad! Don't purchase! You probably won't get it!!

I have made a couple orders from this company and have not received any of them. I made my purchases in good faith only to find out that they claim no responsibility for undelivered items. I have an email saying that my packages were delivered but I didn't get any of them!!!

Fake Jewelry Gave Me HIVES

I purchased a necklace set and earrings from you guys. They, for one, took forever to get here: four weeks after purchase. I immediately fell in love with the necklace, choker and earrings. I wore the choker for a few days and it went well with my pixie cut. I thought something was wrong after I woke up the third morning and found my neck was engulfed in hives. I spent a lot of money for sterling silver with you guys and there must have been nickel in it, even though I MADE SURE to double check the specific necklace. My whole back of my neck is broken out in hives, thank god i didn't wear the earrings yet! YIKES! So, buyer beware, if you're willing to by silver coated fake jewelry at a high price, then go for it. But I now am dealing with hives all over my neck that I can't hide with a pixie cut in 90 degree weather and $80 in the hole. Thanks diadem. Thanks a bunch.

I placed an order on August 30, 2017 and the tracking number has not updated since September 8, 2017. It says it is still in China. I have emailed customer support with no response, send them an inquiry on their Instagram page and sent another customer support email today. It is unreal that shipping takes this long and that the tracking number still says its in China! Ridiculous. All I want is the product I ordered.

I ordered some Hippie type yoga pants …

I ordered some Hippie type yoga pants and when I received them I was astonished at the poor quality (and that they were shipped directly from China) The fabric was really thin and cheap and the workmanship was awful. Hemline was uneven and at 5'4" these were high-water pants on me. I am shipping them back to the Lakewood Colorado PO Box and I am very disappointed that there is a no refund policy, because after reading all these poor reviews, I doubt I will find anything to exchange for.

Cannot trust merchandise.

I ordered a cute pair of lounge pants. When they arrived, the material wasn't the same. Also, the pattern on the pants was not matched along seams in any way whatsoever, the pattern was not centred vertically or horizontally on the pants. It look like a child made it with scrap pieces of material. I am shocked this would be sent out this way. Where is the quality control? The fabric isn't even the same? The price for these pants is robbery. False advertising of merchandise. This is the worst on-line experience concerning merchandise I've ever had to date.

Follow-Up: I received a full refund quickly. They handled the concern the right way.

I had purchased 3 necklaces

I had purchased 3 necklaces. I literally went to wear 1 of the necklaces for the 2nd time....2ND TIME... about an hour after wearing it I noticed the glass piece had fallen off. I contact them and the response the company sends me is I had to notify them within 3 days of receiving it if there was a problem. Followed by sorry, no refunds. I start reading reviews and see their responses saying they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Yet, that wasn't mentioned to me. This was clearly a malfunctioning piece considering I didn't ask for the whole replacement but just the piece that had fallen off. They do not care to "make it right" but only about the dollars. This seems to consistently be an issue with this company...poor customer service or more so lack of. I will be sure to make a comment on each website that I can about my experience to help others avoid this ever so frequent experience.

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings well over 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear about my tracking. It only days "in transit." When I've emailed the company, all I get back is an automated email saying they aren't responsible for lost packages. My order # is 86553. I see that items may come from faraway places, but the customer should still receive updates and be able to contact the company instead of get automatic responses.After reading so many reviews from people never getting their jewelry, I am extremely worried that this is what will happen to me. If I do not hear from them soon, I will be forced to go to the Better Business Bureau.

No communication about my order !!

I am very disappointed with this company. I wish I had seen the ratings before ordering anything! It's been 3 weeks (8/10) and I have not heard from them regarding when my items will be shipped and you can't even get info from the tracking number. I wish I had read the sections regarding where these items were sourced from prior to ordering because I thought I was buying from a Colorado boutique. It doesn't say it's coming from China until you try to track your order. That is sketchy to me. I have sent 3 emails this week and have yet to get a response. I have also been charged ! If I don't hear from them then I will assume this company has taken my money and I will be reporting them to the BBB!
