I can not say anything bad. I was careful after reading the reviews but i thought i will give it a try. So i ordered some rings, necklace and something for the hair. It arrived quickly and with no issues.
The quality is not high-end but what do you expect for this price. so some rings coloured my skin lightly blue what comes from a cheap material use.
The items were looking great and fully working. Instead of the one ring all other items are great. So i am fully happy.
I can't review the return process because i didn't send anything back. This would be interesting how they handle it in this case.
But other than that i am happy.

4 Weeks and still nothing! they give the same dumb excuse about shipping from an international warehouse to keep costs low. I don't believe any shipping method is so primitive that my order still cant even be tracked after 4 WHOLE WEEKS! They say ooohhh it could take up to six weeks but if i still cant track my order that means its STILL IN CHINA so i really doubt it will be here in 6 weeks or at all!!!

I ordered a dress for the first time from this company ( i had ordered earrings in the past with no issues) and it is seriously laughable. The dress looks like its for a toddler. I used their sizing chart, and ordered the appropriate size..... but then when it came I opened the package and Laughed out Loud ( for real ). I tried it on, couldn't get it over my chest. So I then go to the website and see they offer no actual refunds, but only Diadem Dollars, and they take the shipping cost for them out of the refund amount so you won't even get what you paid back for your return, and only in Diadem Dollars.. The dress cost 49.95. I feel that this is sneaky to not clearly state NO REFUNDS. Why would I want more Diadem Dollars? The product comes from China, and takes a few weeks. I can only imagine the nightmare of a return this would be. I am not even going to attempt it. I am just going to drop it in a Salvation Army bin and chalk it up to lesson learned.
People need to do their research before buying online. Don;t make the mistake I did. Look at the return policy first if it is an online only store. Google the name to see reviews that come up, if a company has 80+ bad reviews DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

After my review, Diadem commented below ( as you can see ), so I emailed the help desk with a screenshot of the response by them on my review. They replied back saying they would refund me rather than giving me Diadem Dollars for my return. I am mailing today, priority parcel service, to their return address in Colorado with a copy of the return slip, and the email trail. Fingers crossed this goes well. I will update once I receive the credit.

So I jinxed myself. I mailed the dress back to Colorado, and included this review and email correspondence as instructed with the dress. Aaaaand I get an email saying "your store credit is ready to use!"... um no, I was told I would be getting a credit back to my original form of payment, which was credit card. I still have not gotten a response via email, after I forwarded the message from the help desk saying they would give me a credit to my credit card rather than store credit. This is ridiculous. What else could I have done to make this go more smoothly other than hand deliver the dang return. I have zero hope I will see a credit to my credit card.

I've attempted to contact the company twice now, with no response. I never received my order, this feels like a total scam. I hesitated to order from one of these cute cheap sites assuming they're all from china -- but I gave in after I read it's a husband/wife duo from Denver. Nope. Still from China! I've filed a claim with USPS, but I'm not entirely sure my order even exists. Wish I would've seen these reviews sooner. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 4 pieces of jewelry from them, 3 necklaces and a bracelet. I wore the bracelet and one of the necklaces today. They both broke - I am afraid to wear the other two pieces. I am so disappointed with this jewelry. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased anything - my fault. The jewelry looks so beautiful online and it is quite pretty when you receive it but it is so cheaply made. Do yourself a favor and save your money - don't buy, not worth it.

editing my original review. I have received my jewelry and am very pleased - thank you Diadem!! Also - once i found the right channels for support, they were incredibly responsive and nice.
I was concerned originally it was a scam because (as they communicate clearly) the shipping time is long. What caused alarm is that the status didn't change for several weeks once it got to the US, and I emailed their support and got an auto-reply. It started feeling fishy. But - they quickly did get back in touch with me, and followed up on the package. and voila! I've got it in hand now.

The Better Business Bureau has issued a warning against this company for taking consumer money and never delivering what you ordered. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me - ordered over $100 of their products, thinking it was a local company, and never received anything.
I think they're just embezzling peoples' money.

Overpriced jewelry that is terrible quality. Website makes you think they are based out of Colorado, but after you order it's clear that everything they sell is from China. No active customer service, they will message you an order confirmation on Facebook and tell you that you can message them on Facebook with any questions. Message them, it bounces back every time. Stay far, far away!

Ordered for the 1st time from this site 1 month ago - I got the FB message confirming my order, telling me to message them this FB message if I have questions. So then 4 days later I got my email that my order shipped - coming from China - the tracking is confusing as the link only works to track once it arrives in the US. Then you have to go to the very unreliable USPS site to see where it is.... I have been tracking every day, USPS says 'In transit'... for a whole freakin' month. I tried to send a message through the original FB confirmation Message - can't be delivered. So I tried to complain on their FB page comments - the reply to my comment told me to email them. So I did, and I got this ridiculous generic email telling me to click links via an FAQ list. So order can take 4-6 weeks - SERIOUSLY. I know this isn't Amazon Prime, but it really takes this long to get something, that now sounds like I'm going to think is cheap to begin with. It's a good thing this stuff wasn't ordered as a gift!!! Meanwhile - YOU HAVE MY MONEY!!! I'm guessing these guys are laughing all the way to the bank. Buyer beware!!

Shipping takes forever because it comes from China. All jewelry was really pretty and not bad quality. The sunglasses in my order were broken. They have said they are going to send a replacement. We will see if I get it.

As all the other comments regarding Diadem Boutique, my Order (#72450) has been made now some time ago on the (12th of May) and still not delivered, while we are the 24th of May. Advice tracking number shows no information in regards the country of delivery, which is France. After order has been confirmed, a message par Facebook advises to follow-up via this network. Stil,l all my messages remain answered. Same for mails sent to help address mail (as proposed in the answer to another buyer below). If by the next 24 hours, I have no feedback and no delivery, I will refer to consumer organisation and report this scams/fraud to the relevant authority.

Buyers Beware!!! I ordered from this company and received my items in the mail today. The shipping time was long, which it states on their website. However, the owners state they buy and ship "quality" products in Asia to keep costs down. Well the items I purchased are incredibly cheap looking and something I could have paid a quarter for at one of the machines at the mall. It is awful. I will absolutely NEVER order anything from them again. Your money would be so much better spent at local boutiques. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I placed an order with the company and received confirmation of shipment on 5-2-17. Unfortunately, i'm not sure who they shipped it to, because USPS says they dropped it off at the front desk, when my mailing instructions clearly state a floor/suite. I submitted an email inquiry on 5-15-17, and have received no response, and followed up again today. I guess the best thing to do at this point is to dispute the charge with my bank??

I ordered 3 necklaces on April 18. It's now May 15 and still nothing. Tracking reads last update was May 3 in Chicago, and that it should be delivered by a May 9. I live in Texas. I've tried to get a response from the company by using the "help" email, but nothing. Really wish I could get my order. Should have known better, I'm so disappointed.

I wouldn't suggest using this site. I have browsed several times and ordered a lower priced item to judge quality and customer service...that's been a month ago and I still haven't received my order.
I have tried to contact Diadem with no response, my tracking number seemed to be working, but hasn't had an update in nearly a month.
