Company seems quite shady

Company seems quite shady. Ordered an item which arrived broken and does not look anywhere near as nice as when advertised. Even if the item had arrived unbroken I would have been very disappointed as it looks nothing like I imagined from the advert.

Immediately after ordering the item I received a facebook message form the company telling me to get in touch if there were any issues but I tried to respond and it looks like I have been blocked as my messages are unable to go through.

The facebook site looked like the company was run by a couple in Colorado but the item arrived from China and is very poor quality, not what I expected at all.

I should have known better

I should have known better! Ordered on April 22, 2017, received an immediate Facebook IM confirmation, and info on how to track. On May 6th I responded to the IM that I am unable to track my package, however it bounced back.
Just waiting for my card to get hacked. Sadly, I just wanted the darn necklace.

I bought a pair of earrings that were broken when they arrived. I emailed the company asking for a refund, but did not hear back. DO NOT USE.

This site is shady

This site is shady. I ordered 3 items, was charged immediately. Never got a confirmation email. Sent 3 emails that were answered with an automated response. Got the number for Crown and Flint from my credit card company. Left 3 messages, no response. I am suggesting a class action lawsuit against this fraud of a chic boutique.

I wish I could give them zero stars

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered from them over 7 weeks ago and no tracking information was updated for over a month. Then yesterday it says it is in my city all the sudden and today it was "delivered" but I never got the package. I was even on my porch at the time of delivery and nothing. All you get when you try and contact them in a generated auto response that directs you to a page where it basically tells you that they aren't responsible for undelivered packages. WHAT?

wow Diadem, I was going to order from you but not after seeing all of this. get your shipping figured out, it sounds like you're running a scam with all the reviews from people saying they never received their product and aren't getting anywhere in attempts to contact you to sort it out.

Unique Designs at an Affordable Price!!

Despite all the bad reviews I decided to give this company a try. It took about 3 weeks for my order to arrive. For the cost, the quality is not bad. Definitely not high end, top notch jewelry but unique designs at an affordable price. I am happy with my purchase and plan on being a returning customer.

I never received the items I ordered …

I never received the items I ordered from Diadem Boutique. When I placed the order on March 18, 2017 I was not aware that I would be ordering items from China. I did get tracking information on March 20, but the link did not work. Emails to Diadem Boutique resulted in automated replies that were not helpful.

Unbelievable

Unbelievable. I've reached out to then twice to find out where my order is, I'm well into the 6th week & Im getting nowhere. I did order once before this and by pure magic I received the order. I lost part of the jewelry, placed a second order along with a necklace & they are sending auto replies, telling me essentially if I don't get my jewelry, too bad. I looked up my order number, it was apparently shipped, yet ZERO tracking. I have never had such awful luck trying to get a package shipped. Save your cash, save your sanity BC you probably have a better chance of getting struck by lightning & paying out of your own pocket than you will getting actual jewelry.

I ordered an item that was not yet received.

I ordered an item that was not yet delivered. I contacted the customer service asking for more information or regarding a refund. I was provided with a tracking number I already had and told it was "out of their hands." I ordered this for my wedding shower and was using their 1-3 week guideline for shipping. Should have read reviews before I ordered. I guess it is convenient they do not have reviews on Facebook.

No Products Delivered!

All I received was a tracking email from China and then no further tracking information. No products were ever received.

The worse quality for what you pay

It is really surprised how the products look online and how the look in person, the quality of the product is very very very cheap, like dollar store jewerly, nothing comparable of what you see on the website, even their purses! Is like going to dollar store, please dont buy from them unless you want to throw your money away!!!!

Didn't receive anything!

I placed my order in December 2016, an order of over 100 $, never received it, sent mails to the customer service, never received any answer at all. Big cheats, very disappointed!!

Never received my order - Scam!

I would give no star if it was possible. I ordered December 31st last year and still haven't received the items. I tried to get in touch, but my e-mails were just ignored. Still hope to receive confirmed order #45491 some day - or get my money back. Very dissapointing.

Missing order

Extremely dissatisfied & disappointed. After numerous emails regarding my order status they tell me it was delivered Feb 25th. Very bizarre that when I try tracking my order with the same tracking information nothing shows up. I got an email from their customer support finally saying it was delivered with a very suspect picture of the tracking information. Funny that all of my buildings packages are sorted via our front desk, nothing is delivered to a mailbox. In 10 years of living here I have never had a package go missing. Very doubtful it was ever delivered and they make the statement that they are not responsible for shipping errors. Total crap. Will never ever shop with them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this company.

Cheap, cheaper Diadem Boutique!

The earrings looked so pretty on the website, i didnt expect the very best quality considering the price, but this I didnt expect: It took more than a month until the two earrings I had ordered had finally arrived. And then I had to find out that both of my orders were already damaged. Paying more than 30 Euros for 2 pairs of earrings, I would at least expect to be able to wear them a couple of months, or hopefully longer. Unfortunately, the Team of Diadem didnt even have the courtesy to transfer the money back to my account, I am very disappointed and can not recommend Diadem Boutique!!

Cheap, cheap cheap!

Go to the dollar store to buy your earring, it would be better than those one. Very disappointed! It was already broken when I'd received it. Don't buy there, don't lose your money for this stock!

I placed an order a month ago. I was informed that it was shipped but whenever I attempt to track it, I am informed the sender did not use a trackable method. Whenever I attempt to contact the company, my emails are returned undeliverable. I have even attempted the email address quoted here with no results. Very frusterated. This was suppose to be a gift.

Notice how everyone is having a horrible experience yet the site keeps leaving the same generic response without any resolution? I will never buy anything from these people. I've ordered from China before and the latest I have ever waited was ONE month.
