I FINALLY got my order!

On Feb 12, I wrote:
I would rate the Boutique with no star if I could. I placed an order (45210) two months ago and it hasn't been delivered yet. I have a tracking number but the package has been stuck somewhere in China for about 6 weeks. I sent emails but I get no reply. I will NEVER order from them again.

The next day, I got in touch with the boutique. They promised the order had been resent. I didn't really believe it but all I could do was wait. I was very surprised to find my order in my mailbox two weeks later!!!

So... don't lose hope! My order made it all the way to Belgium :)

No update on item I purchased

I haven't received and update of where my order is. I ordered mid December and it's almost two months later with no item delivered or updated with tracking info or anything at all about my order. My order number is 41941.

Scam

This Company Seems Like A Scam!

I placed an order on December 1st, 2016 and I STILL have not received ANYTHING! My Oder was confirmed-order #36976. I was given a tracking number, but the tracking status has not changed since December 6th! I have tried contacting Diadem through their website and through email SEVERAL TIMES. I have only received automated replies leading me to their website FAQ page. It has been more than TWO months! I paid for items that I never received. They provide NO customer service whatsoever! I am highly suspicious of the site now. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

Do not order from them!!!! Scam!

I placed on order on December 9th and I still have not received anything. This company is a total scam and should be ashamed of themselves. I have tried contacting customer service with no response. SCAM!!!!

Haven't received items after more than 2 months!

I placed my order (#35735) on November 28, 2016 and I still have not received anything! I understand the holiday rush situation but it has been way too long. I have been trying to contact them through their website, email, Facebook and all I get is an Autoreply email saying to read the FAQ section of their website. I can't even get an update on my order to even know if I am ever going to get it. I order 6 different items, I hope my money is not going to waste.

Extremely Weary

I just read all these reviews that I feel like I definitely should have read before ordering. I placed my order on 1/27 Order #52394 confirmed. Let's see how long it takes for me to actually get it, if I get it at all. I'm not international so it says 1-3 weeks. I just went through this with another site (cupshe) that it took me 2.months to get my order and the products were of horrible quality. I guess I'll wait and see.

Scam!

This website is clearly a scam. I made an order that is well past the delivery date. I've sent countless emails and followed all the steps given to me, and still no response or costumer service. This website clearly steals people's money and there is no way to even get a response from them.. even using the help email. Do not buy from here unless you want to throw away money.

I searched our inboxes and it appears your emails were being directed to our "No Reply" marketing email address rather then our help@diademboutique.com customer service email address. As we've stated on our website and also in many of our responses, we are a new small business and were struggling to manage our fast growth online. We hired 2 new employees in November specifically to help provide better customer service, and are continuing to do our best to improve on that area of our business. We are certainly not a fraud of any kind, and your item being lost in transit is 100% out of our control as the records provided to you showed that the carrier picked up the package from our warehouse but then they lost it during transit.

With that said we absolutely would love to make this right with you. If you can either email help@diademboutique.com or simple edit your comment above to include your order number I will personally make sure this is taken care of right away!

Disappointed

I placed my order on December 15th, still have not received it ( #41622 ) . I'm very disappointed. After reading the other reviews I am not expecting the quality of the earnings to be any good. That makes me sad because one pair was for my sisters birthday, which was 2 weeks ago. Hopefully I will be pleasantly surprised, if I ever get them in will let you know.

Poor quality product

I had come across this company on facebook. I liked the styles of many of the products. I told my boyfriend I would like a couple items for Christmas and he ordered them for me; two sets of earrings. The package finally arrived today1/27/17. He placed the order in early December. The earrings are very cheap, extremely poor quality. They are made with rhinestones that aren't even glued to where they are suppose to be. They are all crooked. I wouldn't spend $1 on these never mind the $8-10. They dont look like the photo at all. Their description of their company is very misleading, because overall it is just a bunch of cheaply produced kids jewelry from China. Don't bother wasting your money on their products. You'll wait for ever to be extremely disappointed.

We genuinely do try our best to make sure that we offer the best quality we can at the prices we offer, however it's sometimes difficult to control quality on hundreds of items, especially during holiday rush periods where inventory is being replenished on a weekly basis. Nonetheless, we sympathize with your experience and hope we can help resolve your hard feelings towards us.

Cute, unique stuff

My sister in law gave me a gift certificate for this shop for Christmas- I'm a SAHM and she knew I would spend cash on the kids- I don't know that I would have found this shop, but I'm so glad I did! I found some really cute earrings, a few headbands and scarves to dress up my everyday "mom" wardrobe. The shipping did take longer than I'm used to, but it is pretty clearly posted on their site (I just didn't look).
I'm pretty happy with everything I got, and I've ordered some gifts from here now that I know what the quality level is- I didn't order super high end stuff but the pictures were a good representation of what I've received so far, and looking forward to receiving my next order!

Low Quality Products from China

There is no quality for these items. I am 110 lbs and the rings I bought don't even fit in my fingers. The bracelet is made from pieces of string. This company is a joke -scammers from China . Don't buy from stores through Facebook; many are not legitimate.

All of our ring sizing is stated on each product page and we sell many midi ring sets which are not meant to go over the knuckles of your finger. We would be more than happy to except a return per our return policy stated on our FAQ (https://diademboutique.com/pages/refunds-privacy-and-terms-of-service) for any of the pieces you are unhappy with.

In regards to our products coming from China, if you read our about us page and several places on our FAQ page we specifically state that our business (i.e. our support staff, owners, and product development team) itself, is located in Denver, CO but that we use an overseas fulfillment center in Asia. We do this to be able to keep our prices affordable for our customers. We would have to mark our prices up 4x to use a US based fulfillment center and our goal is to deliver affordable jewelry to the everyday shopper. We apologize if you didn't look into our company further before placing your order.

DO NOT order from this website/company (Order not fulfilled, no response to inquiry emails)

This is an updated response to my review below. After writing on TrustPilot, Diadem contacted me, refunded me 20% of my purchase price, and my item was delivered. However, I stand by my one star review as the items are of very poor quality as others have stated. Definitely not worth the money, time, and hassle it has taken to get this order. Also, their return policy is only for store credit not a refund; I feel like when companies institute this policy they know you are going to be unhappy and want to lock you into spending your money with them one way or another. I definitely would NOT recommend ordering from this website/company. They have stated in many of their responses to complaints that they are a new company, had an surge of orders for the holidays, etc. I get it, I worked in retail for many years, my husband has his own business, but if they are legitimate, one way or another they need to figure it out or they will be labeled as another internet scam.

I am in the same position as many others. I placed order #36835 on Dec. 1st 2016 for items that were to be Christmas presents. After reviewing the international shipping time, I acknowledge that the items would probably not get here by Christmas, but it has now been 2 months and I have contacted them 3 times via the email provided for support on the FAQ page with no response. There is no shipping update with the tracking # they have provided. This illustrates why it is so important to check these reviews about items/companies advertised on FB before ordering. I hope this helps others not to get scammed.

I'd give zero stars if I could

I don't splurge on myself often so when I did for a purse and some jewlery on the diadem boutique website I was very excited. Once I opened the packaging I was severely disappointed with the products. They did not live up to the expectations the photos on the website depicted. The quality of the products was less than that of a generic child's toy prize. The jewlery was incredibly flimsy and the purse's dye was blotchy and not at all what I had seen in the photos. As I looked for a receipt I quickly found there was none attached nor inserted with the products. I then proceeded to the company's website to determine how to return the items. The website clearly states it needs a receipt with retuned items for full store credit minus shipping. Regardless of the fact that I cannot return the items because I never received a receipt, I wouldn't want store credit anyways. The products are not at a level of quality equal to the cost of the items. Save yourself the disappointment and shop somewhere else.

Still not received order and no response to emails

I order 2 products mid December and have still not received my product although my account has been charged. I have sent 4 emails and no response. Looking at other reviews it seems this is common so will be filing for a refund through PayPal asap. How disappointing.

1 star- at least I got my order!

I'm thankful I received my order and it was timely. However the quality of the jewellery & clips I bought was poor. This was well disguised in the photos. It was expensive for what it is and I won't be purchasing anything else from Diadem. I would rather go to my local shop, hand pick quality items for a much cheaper price.

Great scarves!

I have 4 scarves from Diadem, ordered one and have continued ordering more since. They are all soft, great patterns, and have held together even through the wash. Gifted a few over the holidays and everyone loved them!

Horrible Experience - Shouldn't be allowed to be in business

Horrible experience. Never received my order. I emailed them at their "help" email address several times as they instructed me. They responded with auto-generated emails that were of no help. They deleted my comments and posts on Facebook. This company is a fraud and their products are cheap. Anyone giving reviews that their product is high quality or saying they are happy, are fake reviews. The company is drowning in horrible reviews and they don't deserve to have a business permit. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, my bank and Paypal. I received a refund for my order because they claim it got lost in transit. Avoid this company at all cost. They are also known as "Crown and Flint".

42 Days Later...

I ordered 42 days ago (12/9/16) and have received nothing about my order. I have emailed them three times each to two different emails (help and support) and have received nothing but automated responses to read their FAQ. How is that supposed to help me find where my order is?! I've sent one more email in hopes I will get a HUMAN response, otherwise I will be filing fraud charges against them through my credit card company. Especially now that I see I'm not the only one with this issue. EMAIL ME BACK!

Great gift for my girlfriend!

I ordered some necklaces from Diadem for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved them! She loves that their pieces are unique and they offered styles she hadn't seen in other stores. Diadem had a great selection and made it easy on me to find the perfect gift.
