Loved my order

I ordered several things from Diadem, including necklaces, rings, headbands and scarves. I have a ton of different scarves and was shocked at the low prices Diadem offered their styles at. When I received the scarves I was pleased that they were made of thick, quality fabric that keeps me warm in the snow and cold weather. I get compliments on all of my necklaces and have had no problems with the quality of them as some other reviews suggest. I will definitely be buying from Diadem again!

No response after 8 emails

My account was charged on 12-14-2016, I was sent a tracking email on the 16th which has not moved since. I've sent 8 emails inquiring about my order and no response. It is now week 5 no jewelry and no response.

They replied to this review but I should add I have emailed the email address they are providing.

Order Never Received from Last Year!!!

I placed an order with Diadem Boutique last year. I received a confirmation that my order was received at the shipping facility DECEMBER 16, 2016, and the status simply said, "CHINA". I have received ZERO status updates since then, despite the fact that I have emailed them 3 times with my order number (41091) and additional details. Needless to say, I have not received any responses to those emails. I really wanted to receive the earrings I purchased, (my PayPal account was charged $29.20) but now I am just angry that the money was stolen from me, and this place is fronting as an actual business! I hope no one else has to experience this - you have been warned if you are reading these reviews. My recommendation is DO NOT PURCHASE ONE THING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!

Haven't receieved my order yet from 12/8/16

My mom placed an order for me for Christmas, I believe on 12/8/16 or sometime during that week. It's now January 19, 2017 and we STILL haven't received our order. We reached out to this company via email looking for answers or at least a refund and still haven't heard back. A little upsetting, because now I feel like this website company is a scam. Can anyone give me some answers??

$75 order never received

I have waited since the middle of December to receive Christmas gifts I ordered - never received them & they will not respond back to me. I just want my earrings!!!

Loved my order! Sterling Silver earrings, great price!

My order was awesome! The price was the perfect for what I received. I did my research, and found that they offered sterling silver options. I love the earrings I received. They have not damaged, I wear them in the shower, to sleep and leave them in for multiple days at time. The price was awesome for 4 pairs of sterling silver earrings that I got! I waited for a couple of weeks for them to arrive, but I was able to track my package, and I didn't mind the length of shipping. Would shop again definitely!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on November 30, 2016 and today is Jan. 16, 2017 with no items received and no response on status of the order. There is no customer service number to contact, there is no response from the general email contact listed on the website, and essentially no way to cancel the order and/or obtain a refund. All products apparently ship from China, so buyer beware.
This has been the worst online experience I have ever had, ever.

I do want to note that if you read our about us page we specifically state that the business (i.e. our support staff, owners, and product development team) itself, is located in Denver, CO but that we use an overseas fulfillment center. We do this to be able to keep our prices affordable for our customers. We would have to mark our prices up 4x to use a US based fulfillment center and our goal is to deliver affordable jewelry to the everyday shopper. We are very clear about where your items ship from in several places on our website.

affordable and good quality

While I do share the opinion that this companies shipping does take a while, but I'm not going to complain when they are selling the same type of jewelry I would find for $50+ for less than $20. I'm very happy with 4 out of the 5 items I purchased, and I returned the 5th item (a ring that didn't fit) for another ring that I'm waiting to receive now. I'm definitely going to shop here again, just make sure to leave a few weeks to get it!

No answer no package

I order earring a month an a half ago and did not receive anything. I sent 4 email and still no answer. I'm so angry. I always buy things online and it's the first time that this happened to me. I just read other comments and I'm afraid that I will not receive my earring.
So no earring et they keep the money....

Cheap copies

I am very disappointed with the quality of the necklace. The color, look and collar texture really is not the same as the picture.
The jewels seem to be cheap copies !!

Same as all the other reviews here - AVOID - I wish I had done

I ordered two Christmas presents off this company, and 5 weeks later, no sign of them. I have emailed the support email address numerous times only to get automatic NO REPLY. The company suggests to the other reviewers to email the help address but I have and still nothing. I am writing this review to avoid any one else wasting their money with these scam artists!

Bad business

It's been 7 weeks since I ordered and the items were all supposed to be Christmas gifts. I have read the reviews below and sounds to me like these people just have no business sense whatsoever. Or maybe it's a scam! I will never order from them again .

DO NOT ORDER!!!

It has been over a month since I ordered from this boutique. Absolutely NOTHING. I reached out to them three times, hearing nothing from them after a week, I finally contacted my bank for a dispute. Of course after the money was taken out of their account is when they finally decided to reply to me. Saying nothing helpful & that it was "on its way" and would "arrive soon". HAH. It has been three weeks since that email and again I still do not have what I ordered. What a waste of money. I will never ever work with this company again!!! Awful. Do not order from them!!!

SCAM!!!!

It has been more than a month after they took my money for the goods I ordered, I went to USPS today to get clarity on the tracking. NO PARCEL HAS BEEN SENT??!! Such a scam. No response on any emails or enquiries. Do not buy from them!!!!!

Resolved our issue

Update - I am very impressed that the day after we posted the review below, Diadem resolved our issue as promised. I am disappointed that we had to contact customer service three times but feel that writing an honest review about our experience led the company to do what was right. We appreciate them following through on their word very much.

We are having the same experience as others have reported. We ordered products on 11/28 and have yet to receive any products. It hasn't literally been six weeks and the last update we received was 12/6 to say the item was shipped from China. I understand the use of overseas fulfillment centers, but there really should be a way for the business to check the actual status of their orders! Additionally, this company deletes negative feedback or questions about orders off of Facebook. I know this because I posted weeks ago and my post is gone and if you search for "Diadem Boutique" on Facebook, there are countless negative posts about them, yet only positive ones showing up on their page. We are considering reporting them to federal authorities because I am concerned this is a fake business using the internet to scam people; several people have paid and never received an item and that seems like an internet scam. When we've emailed, we get a very generic response and they say "email help@diademboutique" but they are of no real assistance.

After a month, still no sign of my order.... Terrible terrible service

They take no accountability for their shipping methods and send canned responses when you inquire about the status of your order. I gave my tracking # and said it doesn't have much info on it, could they please provide me more info/look into the status. I was basically sent back my tracking # to say we can't do anything about the fact that it's stuck in customs, can't tell you when it will arrive, and you as the customer picked this shipping method anyway.

My response:

"Thanks for your reply. However, if you'd read my email carefully...you would have seen that I already have the tracking information. I'd also mentioned that id already checked it. There was absolutely no need to send it again. Canned responses and discounts for "next time " you spend more money with us.. do nothing to help provide good customer service.

Also telling me that you've shipped based on what " I " selected is in a way blaming the customer for the delivery time taking longer. As in, I should have known an order would be coming from China and sitting in customs where you have no way of tracking it?

I myself have worked in customer service for 20 years and there's so much more you guys can do here in terms of messaging and overall service. Like other former customers I've seen online, based on the service so far... I will not being placing another order with you."

Shocking quality!

I bought 3 pairs of earrings and a sparrow necklace - they look NOTHING like the photos! The metal (18ct plated) is discoloured and look like they have been made by children - not shiny & smooth like the photos, but a dull and lumpy attempt by an old blind woman in China I suspect! Waste of money!

Horrible service

I bought some stuff 22 days ago and still didn't received. Just found out that they are not responsible for the delivery (??????). Meaning if I don't get it they won't give me my money back. This is absurd, unacceptable.

Still waiting...

Just buy from somewhere else. Period. Don't waste your time or money. Been waiting 3+ weeks for a necklace and I doubt it's coming. Customer Service is really just an email bot.
