Quality is great but unacceptable customer service !
We purchased our engagement ring there... found a great price and beautiful diamond which resulted in a custom ring... but getting in touch with someone is an horrible experience, using the chat to get a hold of someone and never know if we will get the person from the closest to our home is ridicule. the ring came late (not surprising there is no customer service and no one contacted us to let us know that it was going to be late!). Then we figured let's get the matching wedding band for the ring... omg thats where it even went from bad to horrible. Once again, no way of contacting closest office other than going through the website and "booking an appointment" well we booked it...showed up and the guy walked in front of us... apologize that he had to go back home to get his order book!!! left us there for 30 minutes!!!!! then tried to get a customized ring... well thats another promise that doesnt happen! then no way of contacting them directly, because i voiced my concerns, he provides me his direct cellphone number... tried texting, calling no response!!!!!!!!!!! unacceptable. My fiance contacted someone through the chat (because we were guaranteed that the ring would be there in 4 weeks... its now 3 months and still nothing) NO ONE CONTACTED US TO PROVIDE UPDATES!!!! so through the stupid chat, contacted someone and all of sudden, the ring has arrived at the store but our guy is on leave!!!!! no one contacted us to let us know that it has arrived!!!!! we basically had to be on top of things with them to get any information about a ring... we spent more than 15000$ and yet we get treated like this!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

A very good service from Sophia and Janelle from start to finish. Didn't realise they had a leicester branch as we were going to travel to Hatton Garden. It's a small welcoming team. Beautiful end piece.

Beautiful diamond stud earrings, much bigger than I expected and they sparkle wonderfully. The quality is excellent, and they look fantastic when worn. The only downside was the long delivery time, but apart from that everything was perfect. Very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend.

Very happy with my ring. I got the size wrong first , they refunded me. New one arrived it's a perfect fit.

I placed order DFPT782/1 on May 7th and unfortunately the biggest issue so far has been the complete lack of customer support.

The last update I received was on May 14th saying that the selected stone had arrived, but since then there have been no meaningful updates regarding the order status or expected delivery date.

I have tried contacting support multiple times through both the phone number and the website chat, but neither allows you to speak to an actual person — they only allow leaving messages. After 18 days and several messages sent, I still have not received a single reply.

At this point, my concern is not only the delivery timeframe but mainly the complete absence of communication and support for such an important purchase.

I would simply like a proper update regarding my order and a realistic delivery estimate.

We had such an amazing experience with The Diamond Factory from start to finish. My husband bought my engagement ring from there, so it felt extra special returning to choose my wedding band, which is absolutely beautiful.

Aaisha was amazing in helping us choose the perfect band and made the whole experience feel so personal and special. The service throughout was incredible, and Nathan truly went above and beyond to make sure my ring arrived the day before our wedding, which meant so much and completely took the stress away.

The quality, care and customer service were all exceptional and I honestly couldn’t recommend The Diamond Factory enough!

I have just purchased an 18ct white gold half eternity ring and I am delighted with my purchase and the customer service provided by the diamond factory staff. I was kept updated on every step from order until delivery.

I purchase a diamond ring from the store in Manchester. There were 3 members of staff that day and I had a lovely time choosing my ring. All 3 we very helpful and I received 1st class service. Such a nice experience. Thank you

I was kept informed of the progress of my earrings at every stage. They were delivered within the time frame I was told. Am really pleased with the earrings, although small they measured the same as the site stated + exactly what I wanted, an understated bit of bling

I bought diamond earrings, The first one was bigger than what I wanted then I ordered the second one with the perfect size.
If only the size of the stone chosen could be shown in a picture that will be very helpful

I recently purchased my wedding set from Diamond factory. A platinum diamond engagement ring and wedding band, Brook at the Metrocentre was amazing, the customer care was excellent and exceed my expectations, my set was ordered and ready to pick up within 3 weeks and it’s just beautiful! Thanks

Very upset and disappointed of this store. I have mad a return sent back and received by them early January and no action made despite several emails, not even an answer. Truly worrying when it is about expensive purchases. Big warning and urge to the store, fix this now!

Compré un anillo de compromiso a mediados de diciembre, una compra de alto valor económico y emocional, por lo que esperaba un nivel de atención acorde. La compra y la entrega inicial fueron correctas.
El problema empezó al solicitar un cambio de talla. El proceso de devolución está mal explicado y es confuso. Tras insistir bastante, conseguí que me indicaran cómo hacerlo por chat.

Desde ahí, todo ha sido una mala experiencia. Hace casi un mes que envié el anillo y tengo confirmación de la empresa de mensajería de que fue entregado. Aun así, no he recibido ninguna respuesta de Diamond Factory y no tengo información sobre el estado del cambio de talla. No sé si lo han tramitado ni si han gestionado correctamente la recepción.

Contactar con ellos es, simplemente, imposible: no responden a correos, chat ni teléfono. Este nivel de falta de comunicación es muy poco profesional, especialmente tratándose de un producto de alto valor.

Por mi experiencia, no puedo recomendar esta tienda. Mientras todo va bien, correcto; si surge un problema, el cliente queda totalmente desatendido.

Stone was good but the chain wasn't fit for purpose. It arrived already knotted and needed replacing before gifting.
Over two months later there is still no response from the customer care team at Diamonds Factory.

I bought an engagement ring which arrived in good time and is beautiful.
After 2 days however one of the gems had fallen off the ring.

I have emailed and called several times for some help resolving and they don't answer which is extremely frustrating.

All went as expected.

they sold me a 14 k ring and charged me for 18k , I cant get a hold of them. I call them , email and nothing , so frustrating.
Update : they just replied with that boiler plate email and I replied and the company hasn't gotten back to me . Terrible terrible
Customer service and cheats

Aishah was brilliant with exceptional customer service. I booked an appointment to purchase an engagement ring I had seen online and wanted to view in person. Unfortunately they didn't have this particular ring to view but Aishah went above and beyond to ensure all suggestions regarding this particular ring were similar to the one I had seen and offered her professional advice when designing it. Once my partner and myself were back from holiday we returned the ring for re-sizing and once again Aishah was very helpful.

Excellent service, helpful, delivery within the time frame advised, professional, delivery updates available and most of all the ring was absolutely beautiful and what I had pictured.

Having ordered a pendant and earring set I enquired about progress as I could see one item was completed and the order was pending completion on the earrings. I messaged them and received a reply that they were awaiting the earrings.
From that message and several unanswered calls and more unanswered emails it took a further 10 days before I got some answers. They had broken a stone in one of the earrings and were trying to source another.
They hoped I wasn’t time constraint awaiting my order. I had informed them earlier that I was requiring them for our 55 th. wedding anniversary on the 3 Oct. this was now the 6 th. Oct.
I instructed them to either cancel the order if the couldn’t complete by the end of the week or send me the completed pendant and refund for the earrings.
Once a decision was made the pendant was delivered the next day and a refund 2 days later.
That side of their service was fine it was the lengthy lack of communication which leads to poor customer service and satisfaction.
The order was placed in the first week of September and it had taken over 5 weeks to get the actual part order.
