I would like to give my thanks and praise to Tom (Liverpool Branch) for exceptional customer service. The ring arrived today in time for my Wife's birthday, and it looks fantastic. It was running behind schedule, but Tom picked up the gauntlet and ensured everything got back on track and was delivered on time. The service was brilliant, excellent communication and outstanding perseverance. On the back of this service, I will definitely be a returning customer and will be looking to purchase another ring shortly. It is very easy to complain when things go wrong, but it is just as important to deliver praise when individuals excel and do something correctly. I am a Service Director, so I really do value when people go the extra mile. Could this email please be passed on to Tom?

Great easy to use website. I ordered a pair of diamond stud earrings and couldn’t have wished for a nicer experience selecting my choices and receiving the earrings a couple of weeks later. The earrings are stunning and I’m thrilled to bits with them and will be wearing them every day.

Ring has arrived and is great just what I wanted. HOWEVER customer service has changed drastically. I have used Diamonds Factory for several years and the communication and service has been brilliant. This order did not arrive on the date expected and could not get hold of Customer service and no reply to my messages. Eventually they confirmed another date but I was worried. It did not arrive on that date and the process of not being able to contact them and no replies to messages started again. Such a shame this is not what I expect from this company and will hesitate about using them again.

I ordered a bespoke ring online for an engagement, as it got closer to the day itself there was no update about the rings situation. I got through to customer service once on the phone they were helpful and told me to call back next week for an update, unfortunately i couldn’t get through to them when i called again as their lines were down so i resorted to calling the Birmingham branch itself just to try my luck. I was greeted by alvarado who was an absolute gem in helping me. He went out of his way by miles to help me find out where the ring is what stage of production it’s at and when it may arrive. we later discovered the ring is in the city but due to be hallmarked which will take two days and we wouldn’t get it in time. Alvarado did his magic again and spoke to his manager, who also went miles out of his way to help us and temporarily delayed the hall marking. It’s now due for collection tomorrow hopefully just in time for the engagement! Finally Simran from the customer service team at DF tied the bow and informed me of the good news and the appointment to collect. I know thats alot to read but point is- their customer service and their instore team went above and beyond to help and we couldn’t be more grateful, thankyou DF 🙏🏼

Having previously purchsed a diamond ring 10 years ago all went fine with the service and ring. Thought i would go back to DF Nov/Dec 2024 for 2 x diamond earings and pendant . Got no response from them over live chat or email so didnt bother purchased from local jeweller.

This morning I planned to purchase a Diamond pendant for a 60th Birthday saw the one i wanted to purchase which had 5 * Star Reviews . Tried to ask the live chat how i can view the reviews as clicking on the 5 stars does nothing ?

I sent 3 messages the reply was please leave a message my last message was in frustration i said if you are too busy to reply let me know and i can move on to another jeweller.

Next thing was the complete chat window was withdrawn, they took it down.

Customer Service is now awful . With regret i do not recommend DF if you are looking for a responsive company website and prompt communication .

Absolutely blown away by my wedding ring, it’s beautiful - I can’t stop staring at it! I cannot recommend this company enough, delivery time was exactly as stated on their website (just over 2 weeks as not in stock) and I was kept updated with regular emails regarding the rings progress. I was a little worried the ring would be a lot smaller in real life as it can be difficult to tell from an online picture but I needn’t have worried - it’s even better than the pictures! Highly recommend this company!

I turned in a high-value diamond pendant to Diamonds Factory in London on December 28, 2024, for a clasp adjustment. The process was supposed to take two weeks, but as of today, January 27, 2025, I have received no updates. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company via phone and email, yet nobody has responded to my inquiries.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with valuable personal items. I trusted Diamonds Factory to handle my jewelry with care, but this experience has shattered my confidence in their service.

I strongly urge others to think twice before entrusting Diamonds Factory with their jewelry, as it seems they have little regard for timely service or customer communication.

I dealt with Hazel in the Newcastle branch. I ordered some earrings but I ordered too late for Christmas. Hazel was brilliant, she took a picture of the earrings I ordered and put it in a lovely presentation box so I still had something to give my wife for Christmas. We picked up the earrings last weekend and my wife was delighted with them. Thank you so much to the team, especially Hazel at Austen Blake Eldon Square.
