My perfect ring
My ring arrived yesterday, and I'm so happy with it. It is a gift from my husband for my 50th birthday and something I have wanted for such a long time. From ordering, throughout there were regular updates so we knew the progress of it being made. Not everywhere does black diamonds and so to find my perfect ring was amazing. Got our money's worth
Got our money's worth. Once delivery information was communicated and confirmed I was able to prepare to receive the package and there were other options to get the package even if I missed the delivery. Security was important to avoid theft. Nice job

Complete disappointment
Order AT-19649 was issued on October 27th. I received it only on December 6th. The ring was sent with a defect, there are abrasions on it. Complete disappointment.

Attention to detail
The site has a massive amount of choice and options. I liked that I could easily get platinum in most styles of ring and I could change the diamonds to fit my budget and preferences. However, what is unusual is how much detail they give in the description, including the ability to see how the dimensions change with changes in carat size etc.
When I had narrowed it down to 2 pretty similar rings I used the chat feature and spoke with Alex. He was really fantastic and had deep knowledge of the products and the details. As a result of speaking with him I felt I could make a really informed decision and ordered that day.
When the ring arrived and I gave it to my wife she was delighted. Not only was it very pretty, but matched really nicely with the rings she wears in that finger. Since I was able to know the height of the ring I knew it was going to sit flush with the next ring and form a nice stack. Thank you to diamond factory and Alex for being so detail oriented and knowledgeable.

I went for a consultation with Mitch at the Nottingham branch. He was very polite patient and helpful.
I picked an engagement ring that was bigger than the one I purchased and he was honest and told me it didn’t suit me and that the smaller ring looked so much better.
I could’ve spend a lot more money but he was more interested in the final
Look.
I got my ring in 3 weeks exactly how I thought it would look, beautiful!
I had good updates throughout
So glad I chose to go there
Definitely going to get wedding rings there as well!
