The window fitters that came were great, did the job even though there was an issue with getting my old ones out. Reason for 4 stars is they mixed up the bathroom window which was clear glass rather that mottled

Great job from Diamond windows , I had a front door and 5 windows installed .
The job was done on the arranged date , and the workmen that came to install were very professional , hard working , they took out the old windows without any problems and no damage to the walls .
The installers were very clean and tidy , all old windows and door were taken away as well as all rubbish from the new windows , they left the house cleaned up .
The door is very good quality and the choice of doors designs from the brochure was very comprehensive.
I would recommend Diamond Windows to anyone who wants good windows and doors for quality work and a good product.

Diamond Windows did a fantastic job from start to finish. The team arrived on time, were incredibly friendly, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the project.

They replaced 4 windows a patio doors and our front door—all completed within the agreed timeframe.

I had a front door and windows fitted yesterday with diamond windows and I’m over the moon with the results,my house has gone from the worst on the street to the best on the street!!helpful team and great work encapsulating my old stained glass windows,100% recommend and fast work too

Absolutely over the moon with my new door. Diamond Windows kept me informed from the quote to installation. Good selection to chose from. Guy who installed it made sure everything was tidy before he left and all rubbish removed. Will definitely use again!

Had 9 windows installed on the 17th December 2024, the installer cracked one of the windows when fitting and said he had ordered another one and hoped to be back the next day to sort out but didn't turn up or contact me. However with it been close to Christmas I didn't mind due to them being busy?
After the Christmas break was over I contacted them and they insured me that they woucall and sort it out with all the other faults they were going to rectify, but still nobody has been to sort it out.
I contacted then on numerous and got the same excuses sorry we'll contacted you later to arrange a day to come, now they don't answer my phone calls or emails. Still not been sorted and it's almost 4 months from when they were installed?
I did get a phone call from the last Friday being the 28th March and the man who called to arrange to get it sorted was shouting so I hung up the phone,
He only called because I had posted a remark on their marketplace
advertisement and wanted me to take it down.
I would advise anyone thinking of getting windows from this company to think again and go somewhere else.
Following day received a standard response same as everyone else that has given a review saying they don't know me to contact them which I find strange as I only spoke to them last Friday?
Arranged to come out and rectify all the problems only to find they had come with a new glass to replace the broken one but it was a completely different window altogether. What a joke?

We are really happy with the products we had front back and windows fitted they did a great job the team that fitted them worked tidily and clean up after they had finished we would highly recommend this company were are excellent happy with the job they did and their after sales is extremely good too

the team were friendly, efficient and got the job done in a speedy manner with little disruption. 2 doors and 8 windows installed in one day. minor hiccup in the bathroom and back door but nothing that couldn't be resolved. would definitely recommend Diamond Windows.

Fitters were swift and friendly, staff on the phone were polite and cooperative. Our calendars didn't align for a while but they were persistent in getting me booked in. Fitters did forget to put a dust sheet down which has left a stain on the carpet, but it's in the corner of the room so not so noticeable.
