Their adverts say to check if your vehicle qualifies but all it does is want you to sign up without knowing if your car qualifies or not. Not something I would sign up to without knowing the facts. Sounds like a scam of some sort; I won't sign up

This is the first time I have made a claim for any thing and I found the whole process confusing. I have not signed the confirmation yet as I find the contract to wordy for a simple member of the public. The company seen nice but forward in everything they do.
