The website is poorly thought out & just lazy -
1) Don't just tell us if we've bought/leased a car in the last 6 year & let us fill in the details, to then tell us later on, after we've already filled some of the page details in, that we can only claim for cars after the 1/1/21 ! Just slackarse - just tell us the cut-off date at the beginning !
2) Why do you assume that if we enter 2 cars, that the car that we enter in at no1 is the current car ? We had to re-input the details again later on as your website has wrongly assumed car no1 is the current car. Just say 'current car' against car no1 at the beginning !
Simple stuff they can't get right - who thought this website up - a 12 year old ?

The UMBRELLA FORM does not work in…
The UMBRELLA FORM does not work in Google Chrome. When I did get it to work using MS Edge , after inputting my registration and make of car I am presented with fields to supply my name and email address. There is no indication what these will be used for and no doubt they are added to a database for marketing purposes. I was not given any options to not be sent marketing spam.

No need even read or listen endless adds about this bunch of fraudsters. Whole this movement about "emission group" is a fraud. If somebody smoked cigarettes 20, 40.years then decided to claim "health harm caused by tobacco companies". Here is the same- fraud.
