I had a very positive experience with DigiCert support. The process involved some complexity around EV Code Signing validation and order handling, but the support team stayed engaged throughout and ensured the issue was followed up properly.

A special thanks to Edjane, who took ownership of the case and continued working on it until everything was resolved. That level of persistence and accountability is highly appreciated, especially in situations where multiple steps and verifications are required.

Great experience with DigiCert's support team. Deicy, Adela, and Rashid Asvat were all incredibly helpful in guiding us through our VMC certification process. Patient, knowledgeable and got everything resolved quickly. Highly recommend.

I came into this process with zero knowledge, but was able to get my developers access to EV code signing within a couple of weeks.

Digicert is terrible for code signing certificate.

I purchased their code signing certificate product for a thousand dollars, after hearing nothing from them for weeks I reached out to their customer service to see if there's anything I can do to get Organization Verification started, they finally started the process and I sent them all the necessary documents for verification.
Then a week later they say they can't verify my organization and they can't tell me why. It's been over a month and there's been no refund for the thousand dollars I paid for them to waste my time. I purchased the same certificate from Sectigo and it arrived within days of purchase and it was cheaper. I could never recomend anyone using digicert.

Sarah Chaleva - helped get our certificate validation issues sorted through the online chat. While it was plenty of back and forth, Sarah was patient and went above and beyond in helping us.

We get all our certificates from Digicert as well as VMC through our IP partner(Abion.com, awesome) and everything works perfectly. Did our yearly verification for VMC and spoke to Rashid Asvat who was knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. He explained the process and how it works to prevent exploitation by AI and we had a nice chat about security. Genuinely brightened my day with his spectacular demeanor. Had a similar experience the first time I did the verification process as well.

I had an online chat with Naasief who guided me through the approval process for our certificate purchase. This was done very quickly and efficiently, providing a far better service than the previous certificate provider we'd used. We'll happily recommend DigiCert to anyone who's looking to apply BIMI to their emails.
