In the process of validation for the renewing for a digital certificate i got stuck in a loop with the dns registers. Thanks to Edjane Pinheiro of the DigiCert validation support team i was able to continue with the process

Bernice was OUTSTANDING. I have been working with Digi for 9 years now, engineers to the people on the front line. Not that I have ever had bad service, couple times that were questionable. Bernice was in a class all of her own, her patience, knowledge, willing to stay on the call with me for the entire issue for 3 different certs was not something you see today in customer service. She could have easily said "thats not my department", "I dont work on that" or "let me get you to another team." She didnt say anything of the sort except, "Iet me see what I can do." This "can do" attitude is something that has been lost in today's world of customer service. I applaud Bernice and hope if I ever have an issue again that I get her or someone like her from the support team. Again, THANK YOU BERNICE for all the assistance you gave to me today!!!
