Mixed Review - I bought a Win 10 Pro license which worked as expected. It even upgraded to Win 11 Pro and appeared safe.

Beware their Office 365 License. They advertised 10 users for a onetime price, but the license was a Faculty License (expires 08/01/24) tied to a school I never heard of. I don't risk saving anything important to the 1TB OneDrive I got from them. -- Also due to the license, if I forget my password I can't recover it.

Using their Teams license with my name in a meeting is a hassle. I'd have to invite myself, basically. Most meetings I have are in Zoom anyway.

To their plus, when I complained about the 10 user misrepresentation they gave me additional licenses free of charge. - But I would recommend going through Microsoft if you want a definite valid subscription. - Else the standalone office, or LibraOffice alternative. Also to save money you can get only a OneDrive subscription, and use the online MS Office.

Afterr purchase i had an issue so they closed off the one account, created me a new account. I lost Gbs of data, valuable drone footage, photos of my kids and family. After complaining, they made an appointment to meet with me via anydesk...I sat and waited....and waited....no one in sight.
Would not recommend. I cant help but get a scammy vibe.

its a scam, your data cant be safe, I purchased a 1TB Plan, in a month I saw a considerable shrink of below 100GBs causing significant data loss.
I wouldn't recommend it.

They don't answer my questions about the products. It seems they use bulk activation codes they buy as training institutes. You cannot download any templates from Microsoft. They claim to be an authorised Microsoft reseller, but Microsoft have got no record of them.

I will never recommend Digipinit. I bought a license and uploaded all my data to OneDrive. A couple of weeks later I am receiving an 'Access Denied' error. I emailed them and they gave me new credentials. I then emailed them to ask about all the data I had uploaded using my previous credentials. No response. Stay away from this company

I have sent an email request, awaiting a response. I "expected" a 25 char key would be delivered (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) but instead, received what appears to be Microsoft account credentials that I would use to download the "stuff" which I know how to do. Problem is: (1) I'm not real keen on giving up my current Microsoft account (email), and (2) I am still using an annual subscription and I want to wait until that expires next year. Asking their reassurance that the "account login information" sent will still be valid in 10 months.

I battled to get the license renewed. Once the agent logged on through AnyDesk it was litterally 3 seconds and the license was renewed and setup.

Great work people. I really appreciate the assistance. I have retired and now I can continue to use Office.

I wasn't sure if this was a scam but figured Facebook would not allow if it was.
I chose and paid for my account. I could not get it to work so I messaged them. Within minutes I had a reply with all my passwords and I now have a working subscription of MS office. thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Within 5 minutes Bie from Digipinit replied to a question I had. And the solution was extremely easy to understand and implement. From problem to solution in 30 minutes. Downloaded and installed Office 365.

i haven't experienced such excellent customer service in a long time, shout out to all yah. I'll definitely refer my colleague and friends.
