The customer service was outstanding and the product was exactly what I was looking for, however I ran into a small problem with running my Excel as it continued to give me a nag screen pop-up when I accessed the program, but that was no problem for Bie after connecting via AnyDesk. I couldn't find the info required and was stuck. The helper suggested remote assistance. I enjoyed learning about navigating by watching the helper's cursor. It helped me understand how he/she finds the correct info that had eluded me. Need to improve my tech navigation skills! I'm still looking for the promised 5TB storage though. These people delete all the negative comments about their products from their Page. When you ask why, you get blocked!

Be careful people, this may be a scam. Your stuff could work for now but who knows what they are doing behind the scenes! As some other users mentioned, your information is shared/not secured!
