DDS always helpful, I have been using there CCTV equipment for many years and wouldn't consider going elsewhere. There help and support is excellent.

We Found DDS as an alternative supplier for CCTV and the AJAX alarm systems, the service and staff are helpful, and found the UNV CCTV to be cost effective, The Technical support is good.
We will be using them again in Future .

Purchase of alarm system - Searched far and wide to find an alarm system that would offer or better the original one I purchased many years ago from a well know DIY store. I struggled - that is until I spoke with DDS - who offered me their system - made by a company called AJAX. I found that DDS actually were full conversant with the system both at sales and after support. They were very professional and patient. I purchased the system and must admit its very good for my needs. Only on two occasions have I called support and in the a few mins they offered excellent guidance and solution. I must say that the shopping with them was a great experience and cannot offer any more may be 5*+

Sam and the team at DDS Were nothing short of excellent, from the point of initial enquiry to the speedy despatch of our CCTV system they were brilliant. We didn't know which system would suit our purpose and they advised on the best set up for our site and it arrived by courier within a week of ordering . I would highly recommend using DDS. Bought a full system and followed up with an additional camera. Got great advice from Sam and Jess. You can get cheaper but this seems good kit

After buying one of the well-known CCTV kits from over the counter, which let me down after 13 months!, and I had to replace the hard drive.

which again let me down. ( very unhappy)

I contacted DDS.

they talked me completely through the pro.& cons of CCTV and various qualities which they have.

I chose for my Home 4K image, X 4 camera system, I asked a local electrician to fit ( see pictures)

Really happy with the choice, excellent image quality, and recording

I'm also replacing my 8 camera system at my business with one of the DDS systems

Just to mention, both Sam and his team, gave excellent advice and help with questions I had,

I have recommended them to all my friends.

Call them before buying off-the-shelf units.

I purchased a home CCTV system from DDS 3 years ago since when the after sales support has been second to none. The items purchased are really good quality and do everything I want to the extent I have just made additional purchases and will be doing so again for any future needs. Absolutely first class!

We are designing a specialist camera system for clients in the renewable energy sector. It was surprisingly difficult to find a housing to meet our exact needs and accommodate the additional electronics required, but this one fitted the bill exactly. We expect to order more shortly.

DDS were very helpful in helping me choose the right components for my 4 camera system. They were also helpful in supplying a different combination of cables to the standard packages. Sam was particularly helpful on the phone. On top of that delivery was next day and everything worked perfectly. I can't recommend DDS highly enough.

Really impressed with DDS. High winds damaged a camera I had bought through a third party vendor but they would not sell spares. I approached DDS as the manufacturer of the camera and they couldn't have been more helpful. The cost of the part and postage was very reasonable too.

After I had an unfortunate experience trying, and failing, to install some wifi cameras from elsewhere, I came across DDS while searching online. After going through what DDS had for sale on the website, I sent an enquiry via the online form asking for advice. Rather than reply on line, I had a phone call from Sam. I explained to Sam what I required and he put a system together for me. The equipment was delivered promptly. After installation, I wrongly thought I would be able to connect the NVR to my All in One desktop monitor via the HDMI in port. This was not the case. A phone call to the support team at DDS put me straight. A separate 10"monitor was purchased and the installation completed. I have to say I have been impressed by the service I have received from DDS. The only downside, and I can't blame DDS for this, is the EzView app to view the footage remotely. Not impressed. But 10/10 for DDS

Always there to help, whether in person or online, with good clear simple advice about how to protect my home/business - and it paid dividends to have a decent camera, with good night vision at the end of 2020 !!
And able to see the cameras live from anywhere is such a bonus..

I'd dealt with DDS in the past and had a great service....Having had to return to them due to a damaged DVR caused by a power surge (learnt my lesson and fitted a anti surge plug now)..I set about ordering a new DVR and a new cam which arrived super quick..After arrival I contacted DDS because I needed help with set up (ip address's are not my forte...lol)..and within 20/30 mins I was up and running back to normal...Nothing seems to be too much trouble for these guys and they are very patient especially with novices likie me..
I can highly recommend this company and they offer great prices too..Cheers
