The sunglasses themselves were okay. Looked roughly the same as on the website. They were quite small, though, so I decided to return them as they were uncomfortable. Trying to get a message back from them is almost impossible. I've had to nag them for weeks on end for a refund. I suspect that had I not chased them, I'd have been ignored entirely. Unless you can try these on in person and you're sure you want to keep them, I wouldn't bother. If you're buying online, avoid at all costs. Bought on the 29th of May. Return requested on the first of June. Refund not received until the 30th of June!

Do not use this company! I’ve sent them 7 emails and 3 messages on their website to return a pair of glasses. Still no reply surely this is against the law or some standards. Honestly never again. Avoid!

This isn't the first time I've experienced terrible customer service. They don't reply using the messaging service on their website or Instagram. I'm trying to return a pair of sunglasses and have no idea how to do it. I'd love to know how the people who have left 5* for customer service, have managed to experience this?

Have an illegal returns policy under UK law and are not allowing me to return goods purchased. Customer service is poor. Do not purchase from this site.

Took weeks to arrive, glasses were wonky/bent and was told this was due to the temperature in transit. No refund/exchange offered and messages/emails ignored unless you message about 10 times. Avoid avoid avoid

I bought a sunglasses moreone week ago, i didn't receive it, i sent a email and anybody replied back. Bad experence.

Made a mistake by ordering the wrong Sunglasses, was worried that I would have to cancel and reorder everything, but the customer service was super quick to ammend the order and shift it to the day. They were extremely friendly and understanding. I definitely appreciated it, and will be shopping again. Thanks.

Regular updates on my order were great, I knew exactly what stage the order was at and when it was expected to be delivered. The dark wahlberg sunglasses I ordered arrived within a couple of days. The packaging was also top notch. I also had a query about return policies and I received a prompt and helpful response from customer service.

Their products are absolutely stunning- this is my third time purchasing a pair of sunglasses 👓 and I simply cannot get enough. Reasonable shipping, great prices, gorgeous and quality products. What more could you ask for?

Online order processing was fantastic and speed of delivery was excellent. The checkout process was easy, and the tint eastwood sunglasses I ordered arrived earlier than expected, in perfect condition. I would absolutely use Dinelli again.

I had a small issue with my order, I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address. I emailed customer service on Sunday, fully expecting to wait untill Monday for a reply. But they got back to me within an hour. They fixed the address right away and my order arrived on time. Definitely recommend

Once again Dinelli delivered as promised. After placing the order, I received the Dark Wahlberg shades way faster than I had expected. The whole buying experience was smooth including the shipping because the shades were well packed and there was a follow up email to check on satisfaction. Definitely recommend

I had never ordered through Dinelli before but I will certainly use them again. From the moment I placed my order I received constant updates on delivery via email and text message. The dark wahlberg shades I ordered are of excellent quality and I couldn't be happier.

Everything about the process was very simple & straightforward. Placed the order with no problems & it was delivered within the timescale given and within the shortest time frame. Packaging was in good condition. A very good website that I would recommend.

I recently bought a pair of the tint Eastwood glasses as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Communication from Dinelli was good and the order arrived as expected. I cannot recommend them enough! Brilliant
